Esta muy bien ubicado y el personal es excelente. Buena atencion, buena disposición y muy simpáticos. El único detalle es un boliche en la esquina, que no está acorde a la zona donde esta. Pero se llega caminando a varios sitios.

Siamo tornati dopo 12 anni a playa del carmen e al Barrio Latino e sempre esperienza top, i ragazzi della reception super gentili disponibili e sempre presenti, grazie di cuore a Manuel Enrique e Alejandro.. Andrea il proprietario un ottimo padrone di casa con consigli sempre preziosi per spostarsi e visitare spiagge etc.. la posizione è ideale e super comoda vicinissima alla quinta e alla stazione degli autobus ado e nei dintorni ci sono tanti caffe e ristoranti poi tutta la struttura molto curata e caratteristica, le camere essenziali ma con tutto il necessario, pala a soffitto aria condizionata frigorifero e bagno privato. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi anche il micio Enzo dolcissimo Michela e Kristian

It’s a quaint property and handy to many amenities. The bed is very hard, if you like a firm
mattress. If I was to offer a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend having coffee available at the location. Although there’s a communal coffee maker, it’s just for hot water and it’s just not convenient. But I really loved the location, and I loved the resident cat 😁

This has been a lovely, value-for-money stay at a very convenient location in the heart of Playa del Carmen. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and having them at the gated entrance 24 hour round was a great tick in the piece of mind box. Yes, the bar at the street corner could be loud some nights, but only occasionally, and a pair of earplugs (available from the reception) does the trick.

Nice stay at barillo
I loved the hotel in the day time but evening it’s too noisy because of a bar near by till 2 or 3 am . They also charge for an other person to stay in a a room made for two so it’s quiet strange to me as I never experience it before . I like that there is many local restaurant around and beach is close . The cat :) the place is lovely and the staff very kind

The staff was great here and it’s cheap and convenient location, but the biggest issue for me was that the doors didn’t deadbolt and the doors were pretty thin so if you’re a nervous traveller I would opt for something a bit more expensive. All the budget hotels are like this there though. Cute little seating areas outside though with a hammock which was nice and overall it was pretty clean.
