L’équipement pour le gel douche et le shampoing pas top.. Le plus gros point positif reste le petit déjeuner au restaurant Italien, très bon produits. Bonne emplacement mais beaucoup de bruit notamment à cause de la musique du restaurant.

Hotel muito bom! Bem localizado na principal avenida de playa. Quarto grande, limpo, cama king, banheiro grande, cofre, cadeira e armário para as roupas, tv, tudo muito bom. Café da manhã no restaurante debaixo do hotel é ótimo, vi umas avaliações ruins sobre o café da manhã mas não acreditem, o café é ótimo, vem frutas, iogurte, granola, suco de laranja, pão torrado, manteiga, geléia e café (gourmet do méxico, uma delícia) Tudo fresco e de ótima qualidade Achei a localização e o café o ponto forte Único inconveniente seria a água do chuveiro que demorava pra esquentar e o barulho à noite ( a gente chegava tão cansado dos passeios que dormi a noite inteira), mas nada que atrapalhou nossa viagem.

The staff, both at CI and COnwere extremely courteous, the location was great! There were no bath amenities at all, the AC did not cool properly but was fine. The room lacks of any windows (that can actually open) and blackouts, the room was not dark at no time.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que el desayuno si deberia ser desde mas temprano pues hay actividades que piden salir del hotel mas temprano y no pudimos desayunar

El personal es amable, la ubicación excelente, solo tuvimos un inconveniente ya que una de sus habitaciones olía muchísimo a naftalina, sin embargo cuando lo reportamos mejoró. Es bueno en relación precio/calidad

Price was good. Nice restaurant with continental breakfast included. Shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. Very noisy throughout the night.
