Pros: Best ocean view from roof top. Stayed at few along the ocean. Safe Central to restaurants, pharmacy, beach, mall, night life. Massage on rooftop with ocean view 5 star. Laura was amazing. 1200 peso 1 hour deep tissue on roof top. That is $60 plus $10 tip. Not cheap. Cons: Singular Joy is singular reason to have a sad sad vacation. Here is why: Management policies are not for travelers long stay in particular, very restrictive. Construction literally in front of building (diagonally right on same street) all weekdays for an entire work shift am to late afternoon. It can be a complete headache. Drilling & hammering all day. Loud music from restaurants/ clubs everyday 8pm on till late late night like 3am-4 pm. Jacuzzi is cold, no pressure. No shade by pool. Unsupervised Staff (in picture) is rude and lazy. Refuses to open electronically operable umbrellas for shade saying it’s too windy?? If it was wouldn’t the umbrella be flying? Staff rather take selfies, enjoy drinks at bar and be on their cell phone. She was argumentative, disrespectful, angry and rude can see why there were no foreigners staying here. Only locals. Cannot take glass plates, cups to rooftop pool. So no view from unit and rooftop ocean view controlled by bar where you must order to sit in their shaded area. Cannot dry clothes in patio. With no washer dryer in unit place is no good for long stay. No shoot. Gotta go to basement where cars are parked to dispose trash. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Poor show. Do not use Casago rental property on Airbnb.
