Hyatt Centric Playa del Carmen

The room had a strange smell, even after the hotel staff used deodorizing spray. The air conditioner in my room wasn't cool, despite the employee being informed. Flies were present in the bathroom sink. My bedroom was right in front of the hotel, resulting in loud pub noise until 3 am.

I absolutely loved my guacamole workshop experience in Playa del Carmen with JC and Josa at Hyatt centric Hotel ! JC, and Josa, the cheff , guided us with so much care and enthusiasm through the process of creating our own guacamole. They made the experience not only fun and delicious, but also cultural — teaching us about the roots of this iconic Mexican dish. It was a perfect mix of cooking, learning, and connecting with the local culture. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this guacamole workshop experience! The chef and the supervisor were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic throughout the whole activity. They shared their passion for Mexican cuisine with us and guided us step by step as we made our own guacamole. It was much more than just a cooking class — it was a fun, interactive experience that we’ll never forget. Thank you JC and Josa for such a memorable time in Playa del Carmen!
