Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí y me pemarwce todo excelente. Desde la atención, la habitación muy bien mantenida, una cama gigante, muy bien ubicado y no se escuchas ruidos. Volveré.

L’hôtel est récent et ça se voit : les chambres sont climatisées et propres, le personnel est très sympa. Très bonne isolation, on avait la chambre 203 qui donnait sur la rue et on a rien entendu. L’hôtel est un peu en retrait des rues avec les bars, ce qui aide. Petite piscine sur le toit, pas un grand Rooftop, mais qui reste très sympa. Somme toute, une bonne adresse et un bon rapport qualité prix pour quelques jours à Playa de Carmen.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, bem no centro de Playa del Carmen, tem muitos restaurantes e lojas em volta, também tem uma casa de câmbio e mercados próximos. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e estava sempre impecável, o atendimento da recepção era ótimo, todos muito simpáticos. A entrada da praia fica a uns 450m, pois a que tem mais perto não tem faixa de areia. Não usei a cozinha do apartamento mas vi que o microondas não estava funcionando. Voltaria? Com certeza!!!

Stayed for 28 nights and hotel was wonderful. Right in the heart of everything. Very convenient location. Hotel manager Norma made us feel welcome and comfortable. Always had a smile on her face and answered all our questions. All staff was great. Never had any issues which gave us piece of mind. Will stay there again . Thank you Norma.
