It was the worst. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I visited 3 times, but they did not give me a hair dryer, and the technician came after 3 times saying that I needed to install it, but it took 20 minutes to install, so I couldn't use it in the end.
There are no hangers in the room, no body shower, and disposable shampoo cannot be used without scissors. The window is unlocked and the safe has no key. Sound outside
There is no soundproofing at all and it is noisy, such as singing inside.
It looks like a room from the outside. I took off my clothes without even knowing it. There is no phone in the room, no elevator, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the reception. Don't ever go, never ever

This place is a full scam. The room was not clean. The towels were yellowish and wet. The in-room facility is beyond terrible. In the room the bed and everything is a $20/night quality. The toilet has not flushed when we checked in. In the night there were night clubs, but the room is not noise proof at all. When you check in they say you need to maintain curfew at 11pm. Guess what, at 12AM, the bar in the hotel is still playing loud music. Before you book this place, make sure you check other comments as well. I forgot to take pictures, but you will know what I mean from other bad reviews.

It is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area.
There is no reason not to choose this hostel.

Pésimo servicio del personal en la terraza, unos argentinos que al vernos mexicanos nos discriminaron, se pidieron toallas y no tenían, se pidió cerveza bohemia y llevaron Heineken y no la quiso cambiar, al día siguiente en el desayuno se pidieron los huevos con salsa verde y roja y solo le pusieron roja, claramente se notaba la preferencia en atender a los huéspedes extranjeros, a pesar que dejé propina nos atendieron muy mal, nos sentimos discriminados y acosados. No me gusto el servicio ya que nos corrieron de la alberca por que según tenían un evento se me hizo muy despota la actitud de las personas organizadoras del disque evento aparte de que cobraban 500 pesos por persona para estar en una mesa no nos dieron toallas en fin si van a ese hotel en día festivo igual los atienden igual y no esa fue nuestra experiencia por lo cual no lo recomiendo

El Roof es de los mejores en Playa del Carmen, mucha diversión, Piscina, clases de baile y música en vivo. El Happy Hour (que es todos los días) es muy accesible y algunos sábado es el Buffet de Carnes, delicioso y muy accesible en precios. CACHÉ es una experiencia única en el centro de Playa! La atención y el servicio al cliente, es de las mejores que hemos recibido en toda la Riviera Maya, el trato tan amable de Trinidad y Oriana, y de todo el equipo del Bar, Restaurante y Roof, es inigualable. Todo Excelente y lo Super recomendamos.
