I went on a honeymoon trip!! It was comfortable to have a butler and I didn’t know what to do with my excessive kindness..!! ㅋㅋ The food is delicious and the quality is very good!!! ㅠㅠ I really want to go there again!!!

Everyone there was over the top. Our room was ok. We had to be moved after having someone come to look at the. A/C 3 different and finally me having to go and ask to speak to the manager. Finally after that we were moved. But my lord I’d should not have taken almost 2 days to resolve such a minor thing. NEEDS WORK THERE. Now for the resort. It was so peaceful and beautiful that honestly we didn’t want to leave. Would recommend it everyone to give it a shot.

Great experience, excellent food and the staff is amazing, Aimee was our concierge, and Orlando, Jonathan and Karla provided amaizing service as bartenders! A lot of activities to do at this hotel, definitely would recommend the bike tour, mixology classes.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and so attentive. Carolina was our concierge and was constantly in touch with us to remind us of activities. She made all of our dinner reservations and also our reservations for the spa treatments. We were there celebrating our anniversary, and she made special arrangements for our anniversary dinner and had our suite decorated for the special occasion. Omar (at the Chaka restaurant) was a phenomenal waiter. He made perfect wine recommendations and entree suggestions based on our individual tastes. He also performed the "fire coffee ceremony" for us. (Pictures included in review.) We stayed here in June and were so impressed that while still on property, we made our reservations for our September anniversary. Cristian was our reservations concierge and he stayed in touch with us between trips and also made the arrangements for our travel to/from the airport. Every part of our vacation was stress free. We will be back to this property soon and are also exploring the idea of visiting their other properties in Cabo and in the Riviera Nayarit area.

Can't say enough about our stay here!! The resort is Beautiful and the surrounding grounds are spectacular! The rooms are lovely and spacious, and a delightful porch with lounge couch and plunge pool on terrace we're an extra treat! All the people that work there were always going out of their way to help. Carolina was our concierge and she was AMAZING!! Always checking in with us and making recommendations and reservations!! I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone because it was one of the Nicest places we've stayed in.

This property is amazing. The most impressive aspect was the level of service. Although my trip was all the inclusive, I found if you are generous to your service staff they will literally bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy every moment. Special shout out to Humberto and Ruben at the pool area for taking such incredible care of us. Also David with the sail boat rentals was an amazing guide on our snorkeling excursion. Thank you Grand Velas for an excellent credible experience.

The Grand Villas Resort and Spa was amazing. The property was very clean and well kept. The pools and spa were world class. Our suite was the best that we have ever stayed in. The staff did an amazing job of keeping our room clean and neat. The resort staff was amazing. We were so well treated, that it’s hard to think about staying anywhere else. The staff made us feel like we were part of their family. They took care of every need that we had. The restaurants were all amazing and we ate like we have never eaten before.
