I went on a honeymoon trip!! It was comfortable to have a butler and I didn’t know what to do with my excessive kindness..!! ㅋㅋ The food is delicious and the quality is very good!!! ㅠㅠ I really want to go there again!!!

Jessica Meza is the best, also Ivanna and the entire team. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. My wife and I travel frequently, but we have never had the attentions we were at Vela's Resort, in our opinion, they have the best customer service and treated us, and the 28 more friends who went with us like kings. The rooms are spectacular, they clean them up to twice a day, in the buffet they treat you as if you were in a luxury restaurant, the restaurants, all SPECTACULAR. The entrance to the resort is a movie, very beautiful. We never lacked anything, the spa was divine, the spectacular shows, the facilities very clean, I think I can't describe in words how good we felt, I think we'll be back soon. I come back and repeat, no one can compete with Mexico in terms of customer service. Finally, we feel very comfortable, and safe all the time, inside and outside the resort.

This was an amazing vacation in many ways. Grand Velas prides itself in amazing service! Everyone was amazing, from shuttle drivers, waiters, pool staff, teens room staff and most notably our concierge, Pablo. They arrange everything for you just from a simple phone call or text. Also, the quality of the food is the best we’ve had in all of Cancun, and we’ve visited multiple resorts over the years. The resort is pricey relative to other resorts but it’s well worth it. Also the resort grounds are well maintained and very clean. We stayed in Zen and we loved it. Ambassador is only a 3min shuttle drive. My wife also went down to the spa and she was truly amazed by the quality and care at the spa. She ranked at as one of her best spa experiences. Kids loved all the activities and food. So overall it was a fabulous experience we’d recommend.

We recently visited the Grand Velas, a beautiful and relaxing property! A few individuals made our stay at Grand Velas very very special: - Concierge: Itzel was super welcoming and attentive in all our needs! - Grand, Adult Pool: Mario, Yasmin, Jorge and Daniel - They were all so prompt and fun with our daily interactions! and, super accomdating! We loved each daily drink, especially the raspberry lemonade! - Lucca: Miguel, Angel and Daniel: They were fantastic! Allowed us to endure in all of the tastiest selections! and, the limoncello and pasta special was to die for! - Frida: Louis and Jamie shared with us the many cultural dishes which were so yummy! Each individual represented Grand Velas to the exterme of greatness; we were sad to leave such a lovely resort. We look forward to head back to Grand Velas in the near future! This has been the most amazing experience . From the moment we arrived to this gorgeous hotel , the staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. From beautiful amenities, spacious room, gorgeous accommodations , implacable service to the fabulous kids club everything was just perfect . We were treated with outmost care. My children loved it. What made this experience even more special was our concierge Gilberto. He made us feel like VIP guests in every way possible. From handling every aspect of the stay to every last minute request such as reservations and any details of our trip. He even assisted with every little detail when we decided to extend our stay such as transportation, room change and tickets. Because of him this vacation could have not possibly been more perfect. I can not wait to go back. Each and everyone was so kind but we will definitely request for Gilberto during our next arrival. I strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to ensure their vacation is unforgettable .

If you go to Grand Velas, you MUST go to the Bistro Restaurant and enjoy the amazing menu items created by Chef Mario Soto (he came out during our lunch to meet us). Raymundo, our waiter, has the art of presenting menu items with just the right touch of attentiveness yet allowing you to enjoy your meal with a view of the Caribbean Sea. My tuna tartare appetizer and grilled octopus (tender and flavorful) were presented so beautifully I didn’t want to eat them but was glad I did!
