One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel :
In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location )
1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk.
This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation.
Front desk not very friendly.
Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal.
Recommended for budget travellers 👍

In the website it said free breakfast, per night..Toast of bread and coffee only ….that’s what you call breakfast..I was not the only one that was disappointed .. false advertising

Convenient location. Modest rooms, but clean. Quite tasty breakfasts (not expensive by Playa standards) for one or two nights just right.

Del 2 al 9 de agosto, hotel sucio, olor a humedad, desayuno lamentable, piscina sucia sin verse el fondo y CUCARACHAS EN LA HABITACIÓN!!! En la noche del tercer día abandonamos el hotel, cucarachas en la ducha, en el armario de la ropa y suelo habitación. Se hacen fotos y vídeos a las 23:30h del tercer día para enseñárselo al de recepción, César, me intenta justificar el precio que tiene el hotel por lo de las cucarachas, y además me dice que no tienen habitación disponibles para cambiarnos, a las 00:00h abandonamos el hotel y curiosamente nos ofrece una habitación disponible, nos intenta tomar el pelo, LAMENTABLE todo. Cuando nos vamos a otro hotel, nos dicen que es de los hoteles que peor fama tiene en PLAYA DEL CARMEN.

Pésima experiencia, el desayuno que prometen es una tostada y un café, cambian las toallas cada 4 días y ni que hablar de reponer jabón, shampoo y etc; tuve que ir a pedir que repusieran cosas de la habitación. No tienen ni un refrigerador pequeño para guardar bebidas (teniendo en cuenta que hay como 30 grados). El agua es a demanda cuando quieres bañarte, por lo que muchas veces me toco bañarme con poca presión de agua y todavía fría. Además dejamos la cámara gopro en la habitación y resulta que “desapareció” nadie se hizo responsable del incidente. No volvería ni recomiendo.

Stay somewhere else! What the hotel advertises is not true there is no designated smoking area, no premium bedding, the pool is filthy we asked over 3 times if they were going to clean it, there are roaches in your room. Horrible!
