The worst experience I've had at all-inclusive hotels. The staff is terrible. No one is friendly. When you ask for something as simple as a glass of ice, lemons, or salt, they get upset.
It takes a long time to serve your food or refill your glass of water or coffee.
They have the worst cocktails or mixology; they don't know how to prepare something as simple as a paloma, whiskey sour, mezcalitas, mojitos, etc.
The beach is very small and full of stones. It's almost impossible to get into the sea, and it's full of sargassum.
We requested an iron for the room, and it arrived two days later. We needed it the day we requested it, and it never arrived.
The room cleaning is very basic; they only make and adjust the bed, and they clean very superficially. We had to empty the jacuzzi ourselves after three days. We ran out of body soap when it's supposed to be refilled daily.
The waiters in the lounge chair areas by the beach and pools never come to serve you.
The shuttle bus used to transport guests from the lobby to the beach and the different areas of the hotel is never available and is used by the same staff. It's better to walk; you'll get there faster.
The breakfast bar in the Amaranto restaurant has very little variety in its breakfast buffet and is too small for everyone staying.
The rest of the hotel is very nice in its decor and the different recreational areas and restaurants.
A Mexican's worst enemy is another Mexican. Our bad experience extended to racism and contempt when we saw that we, as Mexicans, were pushed aside because of the preference given to foreigners; the waiters and hotel staff gave them preference.

Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed.
The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait.
The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible!
I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism!
The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun!
I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated.
It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

Llegamos el día lunes 28 de julio. Es la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel. Conocimos al chico Mauricio que es del equipo de animación, muy divertido y servicial. Las actividades son muy buenas, los restaurantes excelentes. Recomendamos el hotel ampliamente.

A lot of times a bartender can make or break an experience. And Juanito from the daisy bar really made my experience amazing! He has excellent customer service, he’s a joy to talk to and he’s really good at his job! He looks like he really enjoys being here, and it definitely made my day stopping by and talking to him for a bit each day!
