Mirelle is the perfect lady working with kids in the kids club and doing lots of activities in the pool and in the live performances in the evening with kids. Very warm and nice lady! Very nice staff! Recommend every family with kids this resort!

I was drugged by the bartenders at this resort. There is no simpler way to say it. We visited Oct 13-20 2024 and one my first full day, I spent it at the pool/pool bar in front of the Eden building. After enjoying the day in the sun and pool, I got out of the pool, went to return my towels and that is where my memory ends until waking up the next morning. While I had a few drinks, it did not warrant the level of intoxication that my partner witnessed from me. I then passed out for a few hours, woke up still in that state of intoxication. Then passed out again until morning. I awoke to the most terrifying feeling of having ZERO memory. My partner and I went over the day and tried to convince ourselves there is no way my drink had been spiked. I used the pool bar; I used my own cup with a lid and just handed it straight to the bartender and back. When we returned home and proceeded to do some digging, we found SIX reviews with almost identical stories. All stories noting pool bar staff as the perpetrators. We also witnessed another patron who was at an extreme level of intoxication at the pool. He was touching girls, one a child, falling in and out of the pool, slipping under the water as if unconsciously. He had one friend, at a similar level, trying to keep him out of the water with no success. Countless patrons went up to the lifeguard, who was watching from afar, asking him to intervene to a response of “ok” and no movement. This went on for over half an hour. The entire pool watching and other patrons, including my partner, trying to stop this boy, I wanted to say man, but we found out he was only 17. Finally, another staff member came and kept him from reentering the pool, but it was still another patron who was the one to get him into his room. The staff did virtually nothing… Our safety was up to ourselves only. If that is not enough to stop you from going to this resort… The hygiene is atrocious. We did not have our room cleaned for 4 days, despite leaving the sign out to have the room cleaned. There was broken glass in the pool area that we reported by us twice and was never cleaned. It rained for 3 days while we were there, which there is no control over but, every inch of the resort leaked… there were buckets and towels and hazard signs EVERYWHERE. It looked as though you were in a construction zone. We were sat at a table at the buffet, and I had the roof dripping down my back, when I moved myself as no staff were to be seen, they finally noticed and were annoyed that I moved myself. And that is one of the only times we were ever spoken to by wait staff at the buffet. MULTIPLE meals we sat there without being greeted, without water, without a drink order being taken. And there was no lack of staff… they were everywhere, just refused to acknowledge our existence. Now to combine both of those issues, we watched as a roof leak dripped directly into the food at the Mexican station in the buffet… when we notified staff, the reply was “ok...

My family and I visited this resort for the first time in September 2024, and we had a wonderful experience. I traveled with my husband and our two young daughters, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the resort felt a bit dated, it was reasonably priced, and we had a fantastic time overall. This resort is ideal for young families, especially with the water park, which kept our children happily entertained. Although the beachfront is small, that didn’t bother us, as our kids preferred spending time by the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give a special mention to Giselle from the kids' club. My eldest daughter absolutely loved her time with Giselle and already wishes she could visit again!
