Alizee Tower

Great hotel for a few days while visiting Xcaret and other nearby attractions. The service was good. The gym was better than I expected. It located close enough to Quinta Avenida but not too close that the noise would be an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Enjoyed the roof top pool and gym. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for a small fee. I would highly recommend this place.

Agree with the one other view. AMAZING. I happened onto this condo hotel on the Booking website and thought I would try it based on location in Zazil-ha alone. I have to say, as of January 2025 it's just about the best value in lodging in PDC you are going to find. I've been blown away. I am in one of the rooms with a small interior balcony and I would recommend one of the rooms with full length windows for some more light but that being said, I am so impressed (still here now for a few more days). It was apparently just completed a year ago so everything is in fantastic condition and spotlessly clean. The room itself is very thoughtfully set up in terms of storage and flow of the space. Nice, new large flat-screen TV, fast and reliable internet. The room came with a small kitchen sink, cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, an electric juicer (YES - a JUICER of all things!), blender, an electric kettle and a full-sized apartment fridge. It also has a full complement of cooking and serving dishes and cooking utensils (again, brand-new). Nice dining area for two. The pictures you see online are exactly how the rooms look - it is that good. The pool on the roof has a good view of the ocean just a few blocks away and while I've been here, I have been the only one up there. There is also a good small gym space adjacent with a treadmill, weight machine and an elliptical. One of the best coffee shops in PDC in terms of pastries is on the ground floor (Francesca) and they also serve great Italian and pizzas. Across the street is a very nice fresh prduce stand, around the corner is a great laundry service and less than 5 minutes away is a very nice Chedraui. This makes it such that you don't need a car for really any reason at all. The beach is straight down the street and also maybe 5 minutes away if you walked really slowly. You are also right at the end of all of the shops at this end of 5th Ave. If you have stayed in PDC towards the other end of 5th Ave before, you know that it can be LOUD. For me, that is another huge benefit here. It's comparatively silent so it's not been an issue at all in terms of noise. Zazil-ha is a beautiful neighborhood and very safe. Finally - the staff. They have been really great. So friendly and helpful. It makes all the difference when you're traveling alone. I only get this lucky with lodging one or twice every ten years. For that reason alone, I am actually booking a return trip for this time next year and staying for a month.

Alizee tower was really close to the main tourist streets and not a far walk from the beach. It was like the pictures and bigger than expected. It was interesting that we saw cleaners but after 3 nights no one had come to clean the room, I’m guessing this only happens with longer stays and they clean when people check-out. Everytime we had questions the front desk was extremely helpful and they were very kind. They were very diligent in fixing things like the shower head that was spraying everywhere in our suite and when our safe was being uncooperative. I would stay here again because the value was great and the staff seemed very pleasant
