Singular Dream Vacation Rentals

I have traveled to over 20 countries, stayed in many places, both great and not so great, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I arrived at 10 pm, to be shown My Deluxe suite. I had a small window that looked like it had never been cleaned, the bead spread was dirty, there was 2 red bugs in the room , and the AC did not work, they had someone in our room trying to fix it for over 2 hours . Also the wifi was almost non existent. I booked the room for 4 days but only stayed the one night because it was so late and I did not want to try and find other accommodations. When leaving in the morning I was told I would be refunded for the days I did not stay, and they apologized. Now I can't get in touch with anyone, I have received no refund and Feel like I was robbed. The reason there are not many photos is because the rooms are so dingy , or at least mine was. Photos below. I can not say how awful this hotel is. Is it close to the beach and 5th ave. walking street yes. but if you want a filthy room, horrible service, and bugs in your room with no AC, then this is the place for you. If your like me and want a little more comfort find something else. We moved to an AIRBNB a block away and it was cheaper and much nicer. Currently I'm still trying to get refunded for the 3 days we did not stay here. The guy at the front desk had a pile of towels on the floor that were washed and he was folding. The pile was just sitting on the filthy floor. The people who work here or own this establishment should be ashamed of them selves and investigated.

Would NOT recommend this place!!! My husband and I stayed in Room B405 from 3/16/25 – 3/22/25. On 3/21/25 we left for the beach at 1:45pm. As usual I took a photo of the contents prior to locking it. We returned at 4:30pm to find our safe opened!!! The 2 locking prongs in the safe door were fully extended and the door was semi-closed. The prongs prevented the safe from fully closing. THEY HAD TO HAVE USED A KEY TO OPEN IT! I pulled the door open and before we touched anything, I took another picture of the contents. We compared pictures to see what had been disturbed and possibly missing. My husband had just gone to the ATM that morning. Some of the Pesos were fanned out as though to view the amount. Jewelry bag and bank cards were also disturbed. We went through all contents closely and so far it does not appear that anything was taken, however, there is no way to know if scans or pictures were taken of our bank cards, passports, etc. We immediately locked our bank cards through our bank and had them replaced. We didn’t feel safe and just wanted to get out of there asap!! Seems stealing from room safes has been going on there for a long time per other posted reviews. Didn’t get much sleep that night and were very relieved to check out the next morning! HOT WATER DID NOT WORK! Staff would have to be called to reset the hot water box every time we needed hot water. We would only have hot water for about a minute and turned cold. The hot water box leaked off and on onto the bathroom floor. We reported it each time but was never properly fixed. The power went out 4 times. Internet and Wi-Fi extremely hit and miss. Mostly miss. No living room cable tv. No kitchen towels. Stains on the furniture. No coffee maker. Had to ask for one. No minibar as advertised. Prior to the safe being opened, we did ask to move rooms but the only option was very much a downgrade. We did not talk to the manager. Didn't feel it would have mattered.
