Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel. Divido in punti le mie valutazioni. 1 tutto il personale gentile accogliente e preparato a darti consigli e aiuti. 2 camera/appartamento vista mare per quattro persone direi ok. Da migliorare alcuni dettagli ma si sta bene. 3 piscina per noi un po’ piccola e al pomeriggio non pulitissima. Capisco per i bambini presenti e gli alberi che la circondano…ma si può migliorare. Noi sfruttata poco. 4 posizione ottima, vicina all’aeroporto e vicino alla spiaggia. 5 abbiamo provato la colazione, è abbondante e variegata da dolce e salato per tutti i gusti. Non abbiamo mai cenato, ma per sentito dire si sta bene. 6 pagato il giusto per qualità e servizio. Concludo dicendo che a noi è piaciuto tutto e ci ritornerei con la famiglia volentieri.

Good facilities, very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint was the air conditioning in the apartment, was not great, very noisy and ineffective - not ideal in the middle of summer! The hotel is in a good location, near the beach but one block back so not too noisy and also it’s a few blocks away from the bars and rowdy part of the town.

Thank you to Pablo, always there for fun and laughs at the pool! Gym and 3 pools made the stay very flexible :-). Just be careful which room you book, we were in another building but had access to hotel pools and facilities but not all ;-).

Die Animation ist sehr cool und sehr vielfältig, die Zimmer sind sauber und geeignet für mehrere Personen. Es gibt eine große Anlage mit Unterschiedlichen pools. Vor allem die Animateurin Livia war die Beste.

Escribo esta opinión para confirmar que no me gustó la solpresa de saber que Ray chocolate no está en el hotel y me quedé sol perdida por el trato que tenía con los niños y mi niña se sintió muy mal porque no está en el hotel pero lo chico de la resercion me dijo que el está bien es lo que le deseo pero ya no será lo mismo sin el que lástima porque es una persona muy especial y amable con los niños y clientes
