Never come to this hotel unless you want to be cheated, abused and discriminated against! The old man on duty at night was very rude and abusive and told us to get lost and called us bitches 🤡 He even gave us the middle finger and tried to beat up two of us girls. We called the police that night but the Spanish police didn't come at all. The hotel was horrible and our lives were in danger. He signed us up for a tour but didn't give us the tickets and promised us a refund over the phone, but when we got back the old man told us to get lost. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

Nice hotel, amazing pool zone, everything is clean... Recommended!!!

Very reasonably priced, for a nice hotel. 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach with plenty of places to eat around and great night life!

The service is very good, and the environment is also very clean, recommended! Next time I come to Mallorca, I will choose to stay again! The price/performance ratio is also very high, and there are many parking spaces nearby, which is very convenient

Great Hotel, very friendly, very clean and the food is fantastic. Good Gym and the pool area is great. This Hotel is a great place to stay. Close to the shops and beach. Rooms have been upgraded and are very comfortable. Very close to transport and busses into Palma.

Absolutley shocking - rooms look absolutely nothing like photos , cramped and tiny and the sink is in the middle of the room no space to move or breath and the bathrooms are disgustingly small - air con broken . 2 technicians came to “repair” unscrewed the panel and then said to me they had fixed it . It did not go below 26 all night - pool towels unavailable due. to “washing machine broken “

Hotel ideal for couples. Quiet location but central to beach and bars. Hotel food amazing 👏 breakfast and dinner. Staff lovely and plenty of languages spoken. Near by bus to Palma which is a must. Overall a young persons resort but we felt at home in the hotel

Very nice hotel, very clean and great facilities. A nice break from the all inclusive child overload sort of hotel on Mallorca. We had a great time here. Food was great room was clean and well air conditioned. The hotel sorted our taxis to the airport it was fantastic

The beds were comfortable, but most of all we were impressed with the cleanlyness and the speed the rooms were made up as well as the friendly staff. The food is varied, fresh, very well cooked and presented, as well as replenished rapidly when even half empty. You can mot fault the desserts either. Be it cakes, ice cream or fresh fruit. The wines very drinkable. We had a super time and our expectations were fully met and exceeded. We would come back any time!

Our final day today after a wonderful 4 night stay. The hotel is well placed for accessing the beach and a bus stop is right outside to take you to Palma, only 10 minutes away. The rooms are small, however havr everything you need. We wanted a kettle for a morning tea and one was provided straight away. Lovely pool and outside bar area. The staff are exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food is wonderful, with a great selection of dishes to suit all palettes. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic stay. 2 nights half board with secret escapes. This hotel was perfect. It is lovely. So clean and smart. The breakfast and evening meals couldn’t have been any better. Totally delicious and so much choice. The room was perfect and the shower was excellent. The spa is a lovely touch and the pool area is also perfect. The bar is great, reasonable prices and good choice. The staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful and spoke several languages. The room was cleaned and towels changed each day. There is nothing I could suggest to improve. It’s a lovely hotel. Tip get a pool view room, the street view isn’t as nice and it’s not much more expensive. Bus into Palma from right outside.
