The hotel wasn't very clean, and we found ants everywhere, even on the bed.

It was very good, but you have to be careful to use real bath gel. But otherwise, the staff was great. The location was great.

Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Recommended We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Mix Hotel in Palma Arenal. The rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom, which was unhygienic and in an utterly unacceptable condition. The furnishings were damaged and generally looked very worn out. The staff particularly stood out for their unfriendliness and lack of competence. We felt neither welcome nor well looked after. The overall condition of the entire property left a lot to be desired. Everything appeared neglected and poorly maintained. For the price paid, you definitely don't get adequate value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible hotel and very poor customer service. This hotel should not accept bookings for families with young children.  Hotel accepted a room booking for 2 adults and 1 infant. Hotel failed to provide a safe cot for our baby to sleep in. Cot provided was broken and dirty. Staff could not provide an alternative. Room was dirty. Windows were smeary. Sticky sideboards. Punch marks on the wardrobe door. Leaking tap in the bathroom. No towels provided. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Rubbish visible on the surrounding streets.  Impossible to sleep due to noise from local bars and clubs. Guests return to their rooms in the early hours of the morning arguing and shouting. Hotel Manager and Chief Operating Officer refused to provide a refund but offered €40 compensation, however the payment never reached our bank account.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real from August 10, 2024, to August 11, 2024, and I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found our room in terrible condition. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and we encountered numerous insects, including bedbugs and ants, which resulted in multiple bites for my family and me. This caused significant discomfort and stress during our stay. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was not functioning, leading to the spoilage of all our purchased food. This added to our frustration, as we were unable to store any perishables. The bedding was appalling, with visible blood stains on the sheets, and the dishes and utensils provided were dirty and unhygienic, making them unusable. The overall quality and amenities of the hotel were far below the star rating it claims to have. Despite raising these issues with the reception, the staff were unable to resolve any of our concerns, leaving us to endure an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. I urge others to reconsider staying at this property until these issues are addressed.

Right next to the overflowing bins in a somewhat run-down area, you'll find the entrance to this dirty and dilapidated establishment. I won't even comment on the rooms; they wouldn't be worth half of what we paid (180/night). But then again, it was just before Ferragosto, so we resigned ourselves to it. However, we did encounter a courteous front desk attendant, and the sandy beaches are a mere 5-minute walk away, making it quite convenient for strolls in one of Palma's most tourist-heavy areas. Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real is in dire need of a complete renovation, as well as significantly improved cleanliness and maintenance. We (3 people) stayed for 3 nights, so we simply overlooked everything and laughed it off, but we wouldn't want to be in the shoes of anyone booking this place for their actual vacation.

The apartment was very dirty, with ants crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, on all the beds, and in the closets. There were no cutlery, plates, glasses, or cups for coffee or tea. There was no toaster, no kettle, and only one large pot and pan. The beds were missing pillows, and the refrigerator was dirty. The photo shown on this page is also not the same; there were no chairs for sunbathing, and you couldn't sit on the terrace after 11 a.m. because there were no parasols or umbrellas. The only thing that's real is the view; the rest is a different reality. Despite complaining when my wife and daughters arrived, nothing happened, but after 19 hours I had to go down to speak to the manager, who asked me if I wanted him to take some money out of his own pocket to buy the things. But when I started filming, things changed. They bought a toaster, a kettle, and cups and glasses for the water. I'd like to thank the two people working at the front desk (Muna and Adrian) who helped as much as they could. A huge thank you to them. The hotel manager (José)—I think that's his name—wanted to give us breakfast as compensation, and we reached a written agreement that he would let us keep the room until 2 p.m. and lunch for everyone. But when the time came, the manager said he hadn't read the letter properly and that they didn't offer lunches to their guests. To conclude this visit to this hostel, which charged us almost 250 euros per night, I don't recommend it at all. Here, there are just three walls with a beautiful view that can't be fully enjoyed, and the rooms are filthy and full of ants. Despite many guests complaining, all they do is buy pesticides that will never eliminate the root problem. This hostel is only for Germans who spend all day drunk and don't care about anything, but not for families looking to spend a few pleasant days with a nice view, nor for families with small children, as it's a hassle to carry the car up and down the stairs. And I forgot that they leave you the insecticide so you can do the work of killing the ants. Extremely dirty apartments, ants were running all over the room. Bed very bad with stains in the mattress. Unfriendly receptionist. Was poorly cleaned. Seam moldy, stains in floor, walls. Definitely not recommended for this amount!!!
