Set in a smaller beachside area east of Palma. The area bustles at night, good for revellers but not for sleep if in a street side room. The multiple pools are all cold, including the ones inside that you think are a spa. Had to go into the nice sauna to warm up because the pools were cold. Frustratingly, the small under equipped gym and spa facilities are only open 8-20. So no pre breakfast workout (breakfast starts at 8). Also can't gym during no day hours which are better spent exploring the island. Great buffets but the food tends to get cold despite being on hot plates.

It's hard to speak from experience given that the desert was absolute there, there was very little life in this month of February, but we can easily imagine that in high season life is in full swing in the hotel as well as the neighborhood. The hotel restaurant "Little Italy" the dishes were not bad the products were good but not really faithful to what we had asked for (spaghetti bolognese and carbonara) yet simple but good to each his own tastes. Overall the staff was welcoming and attentive.

Hotel nell'insieme molto buono, camere confortevoli, buona pulizia e personale cortese. Buona colazione a buffet nella media di questo tipo di alberghi. Qualche difetto si riscontra nella mancanza di un parcheggio e nella difficoltà di scaricare la valige in quanto manca l'area di sosta davanti all'entrata. Il bar chiude presto la sera e non è servito molto bene.
