The front desk manager, Quinn, and the comfort of the bed were the only positive things about this hotel. We were disappointed in the bathroom, especially the lack of any amenities beyond shampoo and shower gel. We had booked the superior room and the bathroom was very tiny. Anyone beyond average size women would have trouble fitting in the toilet/shower area. The breakfast buffet was poor quality, with probably the worst coffee we’ve ever had, and when we went to get plates for the buffet, a number of them were dirty, some with obvious food particles on them. Despite it being included, we skipped breakfast there the second morning.
