Отель понравился, хорошая локация, правда временами шумновато от Пьяных немецких ребят. Завтраки, ужины хорошие, без излишеств, но все вкусно. Рядом пляж, полотенца дают на ресепшен. Уборку в номере могут пропустить не понятно по какой причине. Рядом остановка автобуса до Пальмы и с аэропорта. Вайфай хороший

De l’argent volé dans la valise d’une chambre, c’est déjà inacceptable, mais quand en plus la direction de l’hôtel vous répond que vous n’aviez qu’à utiliser l’option du coffre-fort (2,50 € la journée) et qu’ils ne sont pas responsables de la sécurité de l’établissement, on se demande où on est arrivé ! Les caméras de surveillance et les cartes magnétiques ne servent donc à rien, puisqu’au final il ne vous reste qu’à porter plainte. Outre ce problème d’insécurité, l’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant avec une clientèle de fêtards irrespectueux sans oublier le personnel de ménage qui se permet de rentrer dans votre chambre sans frapper malgré la pancarte « Do not disturb » ! Les boissons en demi-pension sont payantes à un prix exorbitant, le choix des buffets est restreint et répétitif. Seul point positif, l’emplacement de l’hôtel face à la mer, mais heureusement, ce n’est pas ce qui manque un Majorque. En conclusion, il existe suffisamment de choix d’hôtels à Majorque pour trouver un établissement où on puisse profiter pleinement de ses vacances. À bon entendeur !

Lovely, smart hotel right on the beachfront in Palma and just 10 minutes by taxi from airport. All hotel staff were lovely, friendly and efficient and hotel kept spotlessly clean. We were room only and paid separately for buffet breakfast which had great choice and only 8 euros per day. Pool area was fairly quiet, smart and great bar and meal service. Sky bar on the rooftop was lovely with fantastic views.
