Loved this hotel, location, staff, view from the infinity pool, selection of food in the buffet, our room had a fabulous view too with sea view, the staff in Bar Drago were so friendly, Rocio Rivas, Roxano Hernandez, Alvano and Ana Gil and Cecilia on reception had a great sense of humour and the young Belgian lad who checked us in was so lovely. The Italian restaurant was really nice and again all the staff in there were very nice! We will definitely return! The only thing I would like to see is a kettle in the room as I love my coffee first thing! The truck in the pool area is brilliant and again the staff were great!

Ja wat zal ik zeggen? Het is hier heerlijk, vroeger voor de renovatie hier vaak geweest. Ben een grandclass member van Club H10 maar dit hotel staat nu bovenaan op mn lijstje . Mooie kamer schoon goed bed . Goede service bij het inchecken er waren problemen met de kluis, werd gelijk in orde gemaakt evenals de afstandsbediening van de tv gelijk nieuwe batterijen erin binnen 10 min geregeld. Het buffet is zeer gevarieerd s morgens en s avonds

Für mich war es eine der besten und angenehmsten Unterkünfte überhaupt. Das erste Mal Teneriffa und das erste Mal alleine unterwegs - deswegen war für mich das Zimmer perfekt von der Größe :) Täglich wurde das Bett gemacht, der Müll entsorgt und Schokolade gab´s auch jeden Abend vom Personal sowie die Nachfrage, ob neue Handtücher benötigt werden. Ein Wasserkocher sowie Tassen wurden mir vorab auf mein Zimmer gestellt, dies hatte ich über meine Reiseleitung ans Hotel kommuniziert. Zu Beginn fand ich die vielen Möglichkeiten und wie man etwas reserviert und wo eine Reservierung benötigt wird, etwas herausfordernd, die Hotel App ist allerdings recht schnell verständlich. Das Essen fand ich generell gut, vor allem den frischen Fisch. Ich empfand alle Mitarbeiter als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gefallen hat mir auch der direkte Weg vom Hotel bzw. der Anlage (durch eine separate Tür) in Richtung Strandpromenade, die man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Man merkt schon, dass viele Hotels in der Nähe sind, weshalb der Tourismus sehr stark vertreten ist. Für das nächste Mal lohnt sich bestimmt auch ein Mietwagen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Von meiner Seite kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen :)

Outstanding service, beautiful hotel, rooms are absolutely lovely, staff couldn't be more friendly and very approachable. Aways asking hiw we are, if there is anything they can do for us. Food is delicious. Can not fault anything. We will be returning next year. Highly recommend.

Fourth visit…not a lot changes! The hotel layout, the reception, the pool area..and especially the buffet restaurant are 5*. Why 4*..well the entertainment is poor. Nothing on a Sunday..no other hotel is like this! Poor on other nights, but, don’t worry..lots of entertainment in hotels / bars nearby. Just don’t go all inclusive!

I am a frequent visitor to the h10 conquistador. The hotel is lovely and clean and all staff are very friendly and always recognise you when you return. Food is great lovely selection in buffet and always warm, only complaint I have is the Italian restaurant never changes the menu. I have been coming to hotel for 6 years now and menu is always the same, after speaking to other guest this visit they also said their food was cold. Hopefully there will be a change on our next visit, food at steak house was fab ! Also Rodolfo at bar was a great member of staff very helpful and a great laugh, good advice for wine choices. Abi also great at bar and very attentive. Overall a great hotel in a great location and will be back .

Another excellent stay at this hotel again and overall thoroughly enjoyed this visit. Positives: Animation team superb and Sarah very attentive and made the effort to engage and very polite. Food excellent and good choice available, Location was very good. Needs improvement: Hotel decor in the rooms needs freshening up. More time required on cleanliness in rooms. Should provide kettle. Overall would visit again and look forward to returning.
