Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.

From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms. We were given 410-412 so a room between us but that was fine. Rooms nice and clean basic but enough. Shampoo conditioner body wash and lots of other little bits like a comb and razor and dental kit in the bathroom a nice touch. Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice , lunch again plentiful dinner was the best lots of choice lots of different meats and cooked in front of you. Pastas and eggs freshly made. We always went at the start to ensure food was nice and hot. Entertainment team were awesome absolutely fantastic with the children and to be fair the adults too. Bat staff were great too nothing is too much. If towels are put on sun beds between 8am and 9 am and they are left staff do removed them. You won’t get a sun bed after 10 they do go quickly , MM only had 1 day that we didn’t get one. We had a late flight but were still able to use our wristbands for the AI until picked up which was great. The staff here work tremendously hard and always have a smile on their faces. I will definitely return.

My wife and I loved this hotel, the rooms food and staff are all excellent. We upgraded to privelige, there is however one issue, the privilege deck on the 6th floor is great, the italian lady who works up there is very good and friendly, the pools are too small and access for any sort of mobility problems is impossible, so we used the privilege island in the main pool but this only has 6 sunbeds and 3 bali beds so you have to queue from about 7:15 am to have a chance of getting one. We found this quite annoying because the upgrade wasn't cheap and we didn't think we should have to queue! This took the shine of an otherwise amazing hotel stay, also the entertainment is top notch , much better than you usually get. Unfortunately we won't book this hotel again because of the privilege bed situation.

Fantastic hotel, great food and a very good service, we could not fault this hotel, we had a lovely view from our room and the privilege service was well worth it.

We had an excellent stay at the H10 Conquistador from the moment we arrived until the moment we left and will definitely be staying again. The hotel is well placed and provides everything you could need for your holiday. The only negative was the usual bad behavior by other guests being selfish and placing towels on the loungers first thing in the morning.

Llevamos yendo 7 años al mismo hotel porque el factor humano, instalaciones, habitaciones, piscinas, restaurante son inmejorables. Tengo que decir desde el momento en que se entra por la puerta te dan una acogedora bienvenida, los días en el hotel increíble. Tuvimos varios problemas con la habitación pero el mismo día que lo dijimos a las pocas horas lo teníamos resuelto. Tema restaurante para desayunar y cenar tanto el personal como la comida increíble tienes que saber a qué horas más o menos bajar para no encontrar todo el mogollón pero tienen muchísimo sitio y se está muy cómodo. El factor humano para mí ha sido desde la primera vez que fuimos inmejorable; majos, atentos, buena gente da igual de qué departamento estemos hablando te sientes acogido y bien. En cuanto a localización del hotel no podría ser mejor; cercano a varias playas de piedras y de arena además de contar con varios restaurantes y bastantes sitios de tiendas además de sitios de cócteles espectaculares. Volveremos seguro!
