Before we went, we read some of the reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel, all the areas we saw were spotless and couldn't fault it. The reception was beautiful with loads of seating zones separated by trees and plants. We originally booked a standard room with pool view and exclusive UP service, upon arrival the receptionist advised us that we had been upgraded to a large UP room. This was fantastic, there were towelling robes and slippers left for us, the room had ample storage for clothes, 2 soft chairs and table and a television facing this, a large sofa, another television facing large bed (approx 3 single beds wide), outside on the balcony (which wrapped around as we had a corner room) had 2 reclining plastic chairs, table and 2 sunbeds. Food wise if you are a picky / fussy eater then I agree with others to go bed and breakfast. Breakfast:- we only went down once, but there was a good range of food to choose from as you would expect. However as we had upgraded to the UP facility we had our meals up there. The menu was advertised as eat healthy. The food was good, breakfast menu was the same each day, the lunch was also similar but this didn't bother us. Evening meal- for starters and dessert this is a buffet, but the main course is a set menu of the same approximately 8 items, however they do have the daily specials (3 additional courses) you could ask about this is also referred to at the top of the menu which we missed on arrival and only new about this when we were talking to another couple about the evening meals. We would definitely recommend upgrading to the UP service as the food, drink, infinity pool and views were fantastic. If we would come back to this hotel I would only book bed and breakfast with of course the UP service. There are so many restaurants near by to choose from; Indian, Thai, Mexican, tapanyaki and not forgetting steak houses
