Spring Hotel Vulcano

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Worst hotel EVER … Birds nesting outside the hotel they completely destroyed the nests and totally got rid of the birds yet they are supposed to care about environment and conservation absolutely disgusting I’m fuming loved seeing them every day shame on the hotel 🤬🤬 cleaners absolutely awful rooms never cleaned properly cockroaches everyday in the rooms no entertainment or music it’s like staying in a morgue would never ever come back here

We have stayed here for 4 nights/5 days Mum and 15 yr old son for r & r. On a bed and breakfast basis. Everything we would rate 5 star. The cleanliness of the hotel bedrooms , pools, toilets, restaurant, reception area is extremely clean. We did find 2 cockroaches in our room but we understand that this is common in a country with this climate and not down to hygiene issues like in the U.K. The service on check in /check out was brilliant with a glass of fizz offered. The best food we ate all holiday was in the bar by the pool where we ate every lunchtime. Chicken burgers, sweet potato fries, pizzas and salads all delicious on every occasion. The staff here were brilliant especially Victor who was always very efficient and friendly and helped us when my son had a nose bleed. The pools are extremely clean and a special mention to Pedro the lifeguard ! We had a room facing the pools with a balcony. On arrival into the room our aircon system wouldn’t turn on. After running reception a mainatance man came up 30 min later. He replaced the air conditioning setting panel unit (took 30mins) with a new one. Out aircon was now fixed ! The shower was the best shower my son and I had ever had with amazing pressure! The bed was super comfy and the mini fridge was massively used for our drinks we purchased from the supermarket next door. Every morning the breakfast was excellent probably one of the best buffet breakfasts we had experienced before (we go away A LOT!). Lots of choice. Very hot. Clean pleasant surroundings with a dj playing chill out tunes at a low volume. A brilliant holiday 5 stars all around. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Visited in November with my parents in law, sister in law, niece and husband and toddler. My parents in law have been coming for over 30 years but unfortunately won’t be back. We got engaged here in 2011 so was looking forward to returning but was disappointed. It’s just not the same hotel since the refurb. We booked half board so they did honour it after much complaining, we had to pick from a menu of only 4 dishes a night. Food was not suitable for a toddler - we had to go out and buy things from the supermarket. Rooms are small and already look tired. Pools were too cold. Entertainment was poor and there was no atmosphere in the bar. Most staff were not very friendly. Definitely do not recommend to families with children. Had some very good memories of this hotel but unfortunately no more to be made - it is remiss of you to not account for customer loyalty.

Nice hotel we got a good deal so happy with the price … nice refurb room as well. Water jets are great for a bad back luved em,, Pool warm so bonus . Breakfast decent enough . Location as expected good. Beds to hard and basic mattress so ask for a mattress topper … should be a lot better at a hotel like this. Would I return yes if the price is right … no way on full price to many niggles . Thermostat buzzing all night !, changed quickly but new one wouldn’t turn the fan off on the stat like the old one so freezing in the night . Overall nice hotel at the right price worth it…
