Currently staying at the bitacora as a family of four. We are having the most amazing time and the children are loving every minute. Cannot find any faults.

Dogman on top and Rachel is the best. I loved my visit at Bitacora !! 👍 the food was great, i loved the pool and the sildes are grwat

Very friendly, helpful staff in all bars, restaurant and reception. Fun, family friendly hotel with lots of entertainment and activities for children and adults every day. Dogman leads an enthusiastic, hardworking and fab entertainments team. Highly recommend a visit. Very accommodating for those with additional needs. Rooms clean and comfy. Excellent choice at this all inclusive hotel. We will be back.

The fun crew was good kept me entertained. Really good food. Really good view no bed bugs and good slides the only problem we have had is the sun beds in the morning and getting drinks sometimes a long queue time going up to 10-20 mins

Yeah 4th time at this hotel m, came before its refurbishment and 3 times since. I can’t fault the food, the drink, the entertainment or the staff. The clientele, yeah is all I am going to say lol It’s a very expensive hotel to book but they offer half board options with free child places… which makes it appealing to families. It’s starting to look a little dated, oh and they don’t offer late check out that bugs the life out of me!!!

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere and kids loved it Pelayo aka Dogman was fab! Got to experience the white party where the angels were dancing and then the kids were so excited for the foam party too! Great location
