Family of 4 with a 12 year old boy and 9 year old girl, fantastic. No other words! The food got repetitive and the evening entertainment was slow, however the day events hosted by the Fun Crew was 110% entertaining. Huge shout out to Fran, Edwardo, and the others (forgotten your names, sorry). The weather was lovely, the alchol was premium, the bar food was miles better than the buffet, but, I did enjoy my morning fried eggs I'll put up a few photos. Thank you Bitacora Raj and the Tuli Family.

Pelayo and the whole animation group for children was super. Big playground. Nice waterslides and pools. Have been here 3 years in a row. Food is very good - breakfast/dinner package is nice. The 7 day package gives you free transfer to hotel and airport.

The hotel is amazing. The entertainment team are excellent at making you enjoy your time. I reccomend Pelayo, Rachel, Fran (my best friend ) The food is awesome there is so much to eat with a range of foods We love the snack bar I reccomending going all inclusive it's totally worth it !!!!

I love the activities and the fun crew, like berliza. She's really nice and interactive with the kids. Over all the staff, especially the cleaning staff are all super kind. The place is really beautiful and has loads of things to do for children and adults!

I had great experience and had Amazjng time . Love the weather there warm and sunny . Bitacora is one of my favorite hotel .. I have everything u need . Great breakfast and stunning dinner . Highly recommend

One of my favourite family hotels I have been to. Great pools and entertainment for all ages. Spotlessly clean and rooms were very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The main ***** is a street away and theres a little supermarket across the road so it was a perfect location for us as a family. Food was excellent and lots of options. Will definitely book again to go back
