Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Excellent hotel! We are here at the moment. Sadly going home in a few days. Travelling with my husband and two daughters in their twenties, first time here, but we will all certainly return . Thank you to all the staff for such a great holiday. Food is very good, rooms good, all the staff we have come in touch with are lovely friendly and helpful. I had started to worry after reading some previous reviews. I do wonder what some peoples expectations are these days . Totally recommend.

L’hotel è top. Ci siamo divertite sin da subito, dal giorno 0. Accoglienza top. Il ristorante è molto vario a stile buffet con l’accoglienza dei camerieri molto valida, perlopiù si possono trovare altre 2 zone ristoro, in uno di essi si mangia carne alla griglia, nell’altro fritture a gogo. TEAM DI ANIMAZIONE. Top, veramente top. Ci hanno intrattenuto tutto il giorno con varie attività praticate nel corso della settimana. Abbiamo avuto il privilegio di assistere e partecipare intensamente ad una premerie: la lezione di capoeira. La sera ci hanno intrattenuto con vari spettacoli super top. Riassunto della vacanza TOP! Torneremo sicuramente e consiglio vivamente.

ottimo resort per famiglie camere spaziose e pulite con terrazzo su giardino due grandi piscine ,grande parco con due punti ristoro ,animazione molto prearata buona cucina posizione centrale a las americas a pochi passi dalla spiaggia .

Posto molto bello ed immerso nel verde, situato in una delle zone più belle del sud a pochi passi dai tipici viali di Tenerife e da bellissime spiagge. La struttura è molto grande e offre tanto spazio all'aperto. Il cibo è buono, ci sono sempre portate cucinate al momento molto buone e poi c'è tutti i giorni una pizza ottima. La nostra stanza era molto grande con tre stanze ed in 4 ci siamo stati benissimo, letti comodi e bagno nuovo. Rivedrei solo i divano letto, magari più nuovi e la pulizia delle camere non proprio accurata. Animazione 10 e lode, ragazzi bravissimi che amano il loro lavoro e che ti fanno sentire a casa. Un grazie ad Eline e Francesca del mini club che i miei gemelli hanno adorato e si sono divertiti molto con loro. Bellissimi gli spettacoli serali, complimenti a tutti, soprattutto ad Alex ed Alessio. È la struttura ideale per passare una settimana con i bambini al caldo.

Tutto ok pulizia da migliorare unico problema per me posizione centralissima e quindi impossibile trovare parcheggio per auto e quindi non ho noleggiato l' auto per il resto cucina ok e varia ottima animazione Alpitour il meteo parecchio variabile un po' ventoso ma quando esce il sole picchia.fuori dal Villaggio a pochi passi il mare con una quantità esagerata di ottimi surfisti ..." Un Mercoledì da leoni" no tutta la settimana da leoni.

Tercera vez en este hotel y sigue siendo fantástico.las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.la gente de animación son de diez se lo curran todo el día para q la gente esté entretenida.la comida es buena y los camareros tanto de piscina como de restaurante son super amables.y por último quiero darle las gracias a la chica q está en reservas por cumplir mi petición.
