Need better quality chicken nuggets, Need more HAM options. Life of the party was 6 Scottish studs who made my holiday thank you to they handsome young men. Reps were cool.

The hotel layout and cleanliness is of a high standard. The cleaning staff are amazing and work really hard to maintain high standards. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Not the less than good points…….staff are not rude but are not engaging, there is no small talk, ie how’s your day, are you enjoying your stay, there is no relaxed feel about the staff and feel that they are there to provide a service without any real customer interaction. As a member of staff for a large housing association, customer service is king and every effort is made to provide a service and generate conversation. This hotel fails I would say miserably in this respect. Food is very average, breakfast is okay but the remainder is poor. Noticed that there are themed nights but have yet to see an Rngkidh evening. As a result although we are half board we have eaten out apart from two nights, we have made the effort but the choice and quality is just not there. Poolside is great very relaxing and jacuzzi, spa is great. With some staff customer training and more choice and quality with the food, reviews I feel would be amazing. Thanks Alan

Honest Review, Just to set the standard here, I have never given any hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife a bad review.... But here goes nothing. The hotel itself is beautiful, a bit grubby but none the less beautiful. The rooms are tidy and the cleaning staff are amazing. The facilities are dated, only one of the machines in the play room actually work, reception did refund the money but took no responsibility for them, stating they are an outsourced managed facility. The only soft play area is closed all day and only open if the staff members want to host it at 20:30, We did have one wonderful young Spanish woman open it and stay with us so our little one had time out of the sun, only for her supervisor to kick us out stating it was up by the pool in the seering heat..... Out of curiosity I did walk to the pool and there were no children there, just the supervisor in question sat on her phone in the shade. The children's pool is only open from 11:00 - 19:00 however they turn the water off at 18:00 so the kids have no supply to the features of the pool. In my opinion it should be open from 09:00 so you have access to a cooler period before the midday sun. The food for me was above average, I cannot have dairy but still found a good selection, as with every all inclusive things can repeat but I genuinely cannot grumble at the quality. The staff, and here we go..... Apart from the cleaning staff and one or two others, the vast majority are miserable and unfriendly, they don't smile and make very little effort to make your holiday welcoming.....Unless you are Spanish of course.. now I always try to learn bits of the language to make ordering drinks, meals and snacks a little easier and just to show a little respect for the countries we visit, this in the vast majority of cases goes down very well, even in other parts of Tenerife, Not Here! My attempts were met with glares and no reciprocation, until I asked in English. This is by far the worst staff selection of any hotel in any country I have ever visited. The entertainment team, they are nine existent, you very rarely see them and again cater to Spanish holiday makers. So all in all if you love a party and excessively loud entertainment this would be ideal. If you are just after somewhere to rest your weary head after clubbing at Veronica's ***** this would be ideal.

After moving rooms originally because of the noise the room was great and cleaned daily. Food is ok, like most AI it can get repetitive. It could be a bit clearer what is on entertainment wise, all we received was a card with restaurant times on. The main downside for us was the children's facilities. Yes our daughter is 2 soon to be 3 and we understand all clubs are for 4yrs+, but the soft play room is locked until 8:30pm which is such a waste when parent supervision is required anyway, especially when trying to entertain our daughter away from the midday sun. The children's pool is also locked until 11am (the hottest time of day!) and the water jets turn off at 6pm. The majority of the arcade games in the console room are broken and just take coins. When my husband spoke to reception we were told they do not cater for under 4 yrs.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, this is my second time staying at this hotel and cannot fault the staff one bit. When we had an issue with the air conditioning they sent out the maintenance team straight away to fix it. It is close to the beach, close to the clubs and close to family activities, we even got a bottle of champagne from the staff for returning back from last year. Will be coming back again!
