Very nice Hotel

man at reception is so nasty and rude. had shoes and jewellery stolen from the room while it was being cleaned. complained and all he did was shrug his shoulders. air con is a ceiling fan that does NOTHING so expect your room to be boiling even if you leave the fan on the entire stay, which we did. rooms are bog standard with cracks in the walls. will say the beds are comfy though. upon arrival had the opposite of a warm welcome and were bombarded with legal contracts and rules such as no lilos or balls in the pool, no music on the balcony etc. the pool is shallow aswell. only redeeming quality is the pool bar staff and the food there.

Fantastic hotel in great location. The hotel was extremely clean, the lovely ladies that clean the rooms do a brilliant job. The staff could not be faulted, all went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Bar staff at the pool are amazing and food is so good at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Food was the best food I’ve ate in my life and it outdoes all of the restaurants I visited here in Tenerife. Staff were friendly, bar staff especially, Tom from Belfast you are the best! - from RubyJade, NI & Christine, Dublin - will book again x

Pros: rooms are cleaned every day, cleaners work really hard, location is ideal…far enough away from the mile but everything you need is in walking distance, bar man..sorry didn’t catch his name is absolutely lovely, so welcoming and kind. Pool area clean and plenty of sun loungers, never had an issue with getting one. Cons: wasn’t aware they had started allowing groups, this hotel is rammed now with groups of teenagers, running around all night, shouting to each other over balconies, speakers on loud till 5am, banging around. I’m only early 30’s so hardly a prude but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d realised, we’ve had groups constantly shouting and swearing all night, there’s now way more groups than families and night times are unbearable. The rooms are so hot as no air con only a ceiling fan but unable to open the balcony door due to the noise of the groups in the night so we are struggling to sleep. I think the hotel is doing itself no favours at all by changing its rules and allowing the groups, I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t suggest you book either unless you love having no Kip.
