Lovely hotel, we travelled with teenagers but it would be perfect for younger families as it's quite small compared to many resorts. The staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive and we had a very chilled few days here. Food was good although I think if we stayed longer than 4 days it would get a bit repetitive but that's the nature of all inclusive buffets so not really a reflection on the hotel. Beer, sangria and soft drinks available on tap but table service if you sat in the bar area which is spacious with a really nicely ambiance. We had a two bed villa with our own pool (which we didn't actually use - it's quite small and only accessible from the downstairs bedroom). The villa itself was really spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely break here and would recommend for a laid back break.

Really nice hotel with beautiful garden ambiance! Particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, good buffet food, great evening shows, warm heated pool, game room for kids, fresh juice in the morning, and many more! Nature friendly hotel and loved watching the trained eagles do their work on a couple of mornings. Will visit again!!

We've been three times, each and everytime has been great. Unfortunately our last few days were spoilt by an extremely noisy family with what sounded like four children. We've never been placed next door to such noise previously. I will not be coming here again due to the hotel dedicated more to families with children adult only all the way next time!

The hotel area was wonderfully green. The pool area was nice and very kids friendly with lots of small activities. Only one of the pools was warm. The birds were disturbing in the pool area. Maybe because some customers threw food at them? The hotel staff was friendly. There was some dust in the hotel room, but otherwise it was clean. Our vacation was very successful.

Been here already for the 2nd time. Very clean, cozy room with kitchen, super friendly staff, very kids friendly with lots of small activities during the day/evening. We only did book with breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Siam Park and the beach.

Une belle semaine passée au Green garden. Le complexe est très calme avec un jardin luxuriant et entretenu. Les espaces sont très propres. Le personnel est très agréable, à l’écoute des demandes. Plaines de jeux pour enfants, piscine chauffée, transats en suffisance, buffets variés, spectacles agréables le soir. Le tout à distance à pied de la plage (compter une demi-heure de marche). Les villas sont spacieuses et nous avions la chance d’avoir une terrasse où profiter des derniers rayons de soleil de la journée (côté rue). Bref, une belle découverte au calme de Los Americas.

Just back from another visit to this fab hotel always made to feel so welcome. Rooms lovely gardens well kept pool area amazing and couldn’t ask for more from the restaurant staff special shout out to Katie and Oscar who always look after us. Looking forward to seeing you again in October

I’ve visited Green Garden several times with my mother and son. And I always look forward to the next trip! Green Garden is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Very good service all around, from the reception to housekeeping. As a guest you really feel well taken care of. Extra shoutout to the restaurant staff! They are so attentive, sweet and serviceminded! We always choose All Inclusive because the food is lovely: freshly prepared and varied. Extra plus for serving drinks at the table (not dispenser) even with the All inclusive deal. The green areas are lush with beautiful flowers, everything is clean, quiet and the hotel never feels crowded. Located a bit high up in Playa de las Americas, but you can still see the ocean. Ca. 20 minutes walk down to the beach promenade. The area is perfect for long or short walks. I love Green Garden and can highly recommend this place!
