Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were always cleaning and our room was cleaned every day. Any staff member we came across were lovely and fabulous with the kids! Food was typical hotel food but was nice enough and we enjoyed! Entertainment was good too, would definitely go back!

The hotel is great for families plenty to do for kids. Staff friendly. Fantastic location Rooms were cleaned every day. Our room could have done with an update especially the bathroom. Food good lots to choose from but not that hot everything was warm. Pool area loverly few cockroaches in pool but staff dealt with them straight away. We only brought cash as only half board hotel didn't take cash to open a tab you have to give bank card which they take €200 and it card payments only for drinks. We would defo come again just bring bank card with us next time

De locatie van Best Tenerife Hotel is ook voor minder mobiele mensen zeer goed gelegen. De kamers zijn ruim en zeer netjes onderhouden. Overal goede WiFi ontvangst. Zeer goede keuken met ruime keuze en dagelijks de mogelijkheid om een ander internationale keuken te ontdekken. Prijs-kwaliteit zeker een aanrader. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, op uitzondering van één dame aan het onthaal die wat narcistisch overkomt, maar daar blijft het dan ook bij... Wij gaan in ieder geval nog terug !

We arrived as a group and we’re initially located on the first floor. However several rooms were being refurbished n the noise was just awful. The rooms air conditioning was noisy and didn’t appear to work. The bathroom was disgusting with chunks missing in the bath. This room was obviously one of the oldest at this hotel and in my opinion should not have been hired out.. we were moved to another updated room with a balcony just big enough for two chairs and a table. Whist it was a better room it still was lacking. The staff in general were friendly but didn’t go out if their way to be helpful. This hotel is in a central location, however it isn’t a 4 star hotel. The corridors to the room were in desperate need of being painted. Whist I appreciate the hotel is in use all year round, it’s is looking tired and in need of some redecoration. Overall our holiday was lovely but we don’t think we will return. There are lots of other 4 star hotels in this location that really are 4 Star.

Are stay was lovely the food was lovely and the staff especially Gediminas and Zulay it was easy to get to the beach and a lovely walk round to los Cristanos to our favourite cafe the pools at the hotel were good. Can someone let me know if Zulay is ok after her car crash xx

From check in to checking out everything was great. This was our 10th visit to BT and still enjoy it.Location of this hotel is also why we return and is quiet at night. Room was a suite and spotless. Cleaned daily by very friendly staff.Food and drink as expected for AI and again friendly staff. Evening entertainment not so good but can't please everyone.More water availability would be good but not expensive to buy from Hipodino next door. Already booked for next year:)

Have stayed 3 times now in this hotel, reception staff are very friendly and helpful, room very clean, only downfall was the bathroom needs updating, cleaning staff are always lovely came every day, restaurant staff also lovely, the choice of food was very good catered for a good range

We stayed half board as a family in April 2025. Hotel is nice, probably not 4 star but a good 3 star hotel and best value for money that we could see online. Good points The staff are lovely- special mention to the pool bar staff and the canteen staff- all friendly and attentive. Quantity of food- good selection so you should find something you should like. Drinks- nice beers and a good effort made with the cocktails. Rooms are sized OK and offer good sound protection from the corridor. Rooms are cleaned every day. Location excellent- close to beach but central enough to all the shops and a short walk along the beach takes you to Los Cristianos. Bad points Quality of food could be better- we found we were never really looking forward to eating in the canteen and the nicest meals we had were the two nights we left the hotel. For half board you get a paper card that you have to present every time you go to the bar- this is a bit of a pain. The card becomes more tattered as the week progresses and you'll be lucky if it doesn't get wet if you use the pool! Bound to be a better way to manage half board than a paper card. Sound proofing from the balcony side of your room is awful if your room looks onto the pool as the night time entertainment takes place at the pool bar- we had a 4 month old baby so loud music and an unnecessarily loud microphone didn't help with her (or our) sleep! Usual crowd hogging sunbeds (and I dont mean the Germans)- hard for any hotel to manage this properly I guess.
