After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too. The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none. The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Bottles of water every day. The bar staff were amazing. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely. We met some lovely people and has a wonderful, relaxing holiday and we will be back. Thank you Best Tenerife fir an amazing week x

1 week to go until my wife and I plus our 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son are going to Best Tenerife. This will be our 4th year in a row to come here and we are so confident that we will have another amazing time we have already booked here again next Easter! The staff are always fantastic, the hotel facilities are great, it is immaculate throughout and the food is varied and high quality. My son has had a calendar to count down from 335 days out and we all cant wait to get there

We stayed in the Best Tenerife Playa Las Americas March 2025. We had a great stay there the staff were very friendly and very eager to please. We were half board and the food was beautiful always something for everyone. They had a lovely poolside area and we enjoyed the water aerobics… the only thing is the rooms are a bit dated but I’d definitely go back and also a great location

Great hotel, great location, friendly helpful staff. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice and variety. The pool area and public areas were very well maintained and cleaned daily, as were our rooms. We would happily recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Een heel goed hotel om een week vakantie te houden. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt- en dinerbuffet zijn zeer uitgebreid, dus altijd voor een ieder wat wils te vinden. Ze worden ook continue aangevuld. Het hotel is, net als heel Tenerife, netjes en schoon. Parkeren van de (huur)auto in de buurt is een drama, maar voor €10,00 per dag kan je bij het hotel parkeren. De laatste dag gingen we pas om vier uur weg, maar je kan dan een doucheruimte reserveren, zodat je gedoucht en omgekleed het vliegtuig in kan.

Hotel good, food was OK but could improve, found a bone in the Chow mein. Feel the hand sanitizer should be automatic and people should use it. Staff are friendly and housekeeping are very good. Rooms were cleaned everyday but the room wall has clearly been damp from the bathroom shower and plaster has come off the walls.

Super locatie, in het centrum op korte loopafstand van het strand. Ruimte rond het zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes en tafels met stoelen. Zwembad mooi, maar in de winter voor mij te koud om te zwemmen, als ik dan een puntje van verbetering mag normen dan graag het zwembad meer verwarmen. Eten ontzettend veel keuze voor en heel lekker! Personeel super aardig en behulpzaam, hard werkende mensen die de hele dag rennen. Standaard kamer super mooi en heel ruim, stortdouche en super brede bedden (1.20 m per bed), heerlijk!! Koelkastje op de kamer met onbetaald een eenmalige kleine voorraad, als je dit gevuld wilt hebben kan dat dan is het tegen betaling. Animatie gezellig, in de avond kinderdisco en een show/voorstelling. Een fijn hotel waar wij nu 2x op rij zijn geweest en volgend jaar zeker weer terugkeren. Xxx
