Amazing apartments staff are fantastic so friendly and extremely helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Pool areas are brilliant the kids loved them. This was our second stay and it definitely won't be our last.

We’re here now, and it’s absolutely carnage!! Queues start at 8 for sun beds- released at 9. I don’t have any issue with this, but on yesterday’s and Wednesdays carrying ons, placing towels on beds, these won’t be used until the afternoon. Despite signs saying no reserving of sun beds, it ls still happening!! It’s so unfair and something should be done.

The apartments was excellent, right in the middle of everything, the pool was fabulous and the staff fantastic.... They only downfall was running for the sunbeds in a morning, there must be another way!... The apartment was clean but needs a little tlc... would certainly recommend it ... cant wait to go back.

Absolutely fantastic for families. Clean spaces, including apartments, which are cleaned every day!. Pool is fantastic for kids. Great location and well equipped with everything. Gym facilities are fine and the bar and cafe area is great.

This is our fifth year coming. We love it here. Ideal location and really lovely staff. The grounds men/pool guys are always so nice and polite. The kids area is lovely, the slides great fun and the salt water in the big pool is not an issue. I have dropped a star because of the sun loungers war every day. I think the 8am leave your towel down worked better than the 9am that is there this year. Hundreds queuing at different entry points and the usual people skipping Q causing extra stress. I have seen security having to be called. In the green area this year there are guests from other hotels (clearly see the hotel names from their wrist bands) and they arrive and find a free lounger and squash it right up against our beds when we already felt like sardines in a tin! Really think wrist bands need to be checked twice on a daily basis and to the people who put out towels at 9am and do not come back until 3pm/4pm…. Shame on you!!!

Het is een mooi park. De kamers zijn mooi ruim en heel schoon. Wij hebben een mobile airco gehuurd. 60 euro per week. Dit helpt wel wat tegen de warmte maar de slang moet door de tuindeuren naar buiten waardoor er van buiten weer warmte binnenkomt. Maar het is goed te doen. Wij hebben een kamer op de 4 de verdieping aan de tuinzijde. Geen geluidsoverlast. Kluisje op de kamer kun je huren voor 3 euro per dag. Wat de beoordeling echt naar beneden haalt is dat het toegestaan wordt dat de mensen om 9 uur wanneer het zwembad opengaat als een gek hun handdoeken gaan neerleggen op de bedjes bij het zwembad en vervolgens de halve dag niet komen. Waardoor wij met kinderen die wat rustiger aan doen op een dag geen zonnebedjes hebben. Wij zwemmen ook niet hier maar bij parque 4. Hier zijn voldoende bedden beschikbaar. Beste manager van Parque Santiago 3. Haal de handdoeken van de zonnebedjes als mensen hier niet op liggen. Dan krijgt deze accommodatie 5 sterren.

- De gerenoveerde kamer is heel mooi en schoon. Door de afwezigheid van een airco is de kamer wel warm, maar je went eraan en de plafondventilator koelt voldoende in de nacht. - Het complex is groot opgezet en heeft een prachtige tuin. - De locatie is fantastisch, vlak bij het strand en gelijk op de Golden Mile. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer met garden acces aan de binnenkant van het complex waardoor je geen last hebt van de geluiden aan de buitenkant van het complex. - Het zwembad gaat om 09.00 uur open en dan liggen gelijk alle bedden vol met handdoeken. Dit is echt een grote ergernis aangezien sommige bedden gewoon de hele dag niet gebruikt worden. - De wifi doet het helaas niet goed op de kamer. - Bij het gedeelte met de glijbanen missen we faciliteiten voor de ouders (ligbedjes of stoelen met tafeltjes). Openingstijd van dit deel is 11.00-17.45 uur terwijl het andere zwembad tot 20.30 uur open is. Glijbanen zijn officieel van 4 tot 12 jaar, maar tot 10 jaar lijkt beter passend. Je mag als ouder zijnde niet samen met je kind van de glijbaan af. - In het grootste deel van het zwembad zijn geen luchtbedjes, banden en ballen toegestaan. Alleen in een klein deel wordt dit gedoogd. - Het zwembadwater is erg zout (kindergedeelte is géén zout water). - Het bubbelbad bij het grote zwembad is niet toegestaan voor kinderen onder de 12 jaar.

Overall a lovely hotel for families for the price we paid. We stayed for 9 days in a 1 bedroom apartment. Pros Decent sized room Splash park for kids is fab with a shaded park The pools are a good size and they have a good system that towels cant be laid before 9am. If they are staff remove them. Pool area and general hotel areas were kept clean Location is perfect. Right in the centre with restaurants shops and the beach on the doorstep Cleaners in everyday and replace towels daily Cons No aircon (we knew this on booking) but in July we did struggle overnight. We rented a fan but aircon would be a great addition. WiFi doesn’t work - didn’t effect our holiday as I don’t go away to sit on my phone but worth noting Overall good stay for the price and we would return.
