Write your review ? Review tips STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!! This hotel is absolutely vile. The staff are useless and the lifeguards are for show, they have absolutely no training and are unaware of how to perform CPR. We unfortunately had to witness this lack of training first hand and are leaving traumatised. After this event, not one person has been checked in on by a single member of staff and we have been actively ignored by the hotel manager himself. They have treated a grieving family disgustingly, after a life changing event and allowed them to pay for accommodation in circumstances that the hotel should have been on its knees, begging for forgiveness. If I was able to leave O stars that is exactly what I would do! No working defibrillator for those in need of serious medical attention!!

It is difficult to put into words the horrific experience my partner and I had whilst staying at this hotel. The management and the team ought to be more than ashamed of themselves. The lifeguards are too busy sitting on their phones and only began paying attention after the potentially avoidable death of a young hotel guest, with his whole life ahead of him. They have no training in basic life support, which myself, my partner and many other guest, unfortunately had to witness first hand. They have been extremely negligent and haven’t so much as checked in on any guests who were VERY involved in the incident, we have been actively ignored by the hotel manager and were even refused a bottle of water. Since the event, which as of today was 5 days ago, BOTH defibrillators (which were not working at the time) have still not been replaced - meaning there is no defibrillator poolside or in reception. They have treated a grieving family in the most disgusting way imaginable, forcing them to pay for accommodation and also refusing to accommodate immediate family members. The hotel should be on its knees begging for forgiveness and trying to do everything in their power to help. Instead, they remain carrying on with a smile on their faces, acting as though nothing has occurred. Disgusting.

hotel was very dated and required a good freshen up, rooms cleaned daily and towels changed, breakfast was warm but not hot , 10:30am breakfast finishes , bang on 10:30 coffee machines covered / toaster unplugged , no ifs or buts , not the experience i would expect from a sol hotel

We spend an amazing week here!! We had all inclusive board,lot of choices for food,amazing entertainment staff for kids clubs. Amazing entertainment for adults too,with a lot of diversity!! Polite and helpful staff.Room are cleaned everyday,and the noise from Veronica is not that bad if your room is facing the swimming pool.
