Buen Hotel y muy bien ubicado, la limpieza de las habitaciones no era buena, en el Resto del complejo si estaba limpio, el SPA merece un 10/10. El servicio del personal en los restaurantes y bares no era muy ameno.

Absolutely fantastic 4* Hotel .Myself and daughter stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave . Great location , immaculately clean and hot buffet food with plenty of choice and continuously re plenished, also long meal times too which I thought was good.loved how you could refill water bottles for free with the numerous machines dotted about ( always have to pay for water wherever we’ve been before ) and help yourself to water with your meals when half board option.We had a family room in the annexe which worked so well for us , I had a twin room to myself whilst daughter ( 23yr old) had the entire lounge to herself which had two modern sofa bed's and above ample space having full fridge little freezer , all cooking equipment etc .Little thing but first time we’ve been abroad and had full range of English tv channels Even the shower gel smelt divine We had a morning in the exquisite Spa, it was out of this world ,lovely calming music and Insence burning that adds that extra calming touch . Everything’s been thought of here , the little touches that stand out and make for an exceptional holiday .Cannot recommend enough,loved everything about this hotel !

Had amazing time went 11/18 of February room 330 not much to look at outside our room a palm tree and wall , but didn’t sit out much, rooms very spacious, very quiet on a night time , entertainment was hit and miss we enjoyed the guys who balanced they were amazing , The food was really nice different choices even thought it got busy and was like a cattle market sometimes but had plenty of food stuff .The hotel was really nice , staff , not a lot near by to do the marina was about 30 minutes walk really nice to go to and have a walk and drink . See the boats too ,About 1 hour walk to playa Blanca town but there’s a free shuttle bus from hotel . Had amazing time will definitely come back .

Me and my grandma stayed at the mirador papagayo hotel for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The staff where lovely and helpful, the entertainment was great and the facilities are lovely.Perfect spot for a quiet getaway.The food was good with many options for everyone but sometimes a bit cold (maybe due to the weather) . All staff spoke a range of languages which made visiting very easy. The only one complaint would be the WiFi.. It's not great but works in most places.

We have just got back after another lovely Christmas and New Year (28 nights) we love this hotel the rooms are so comfortable the hotel is always spotlessly clean and we are really looked after. Christmas night and New Years Eve never fails to impress the work that goes into the food and the presentation is unbelievable its always a pleasure to be park of the celebrations. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the reception staff go over and above to make your stay enjoyable as do the bar staff. waiters and not forgetting all the cleaners and gardeners. They all work so well with the management to make it a really lovely hotel and a joy to stay there. We have been staying at this hotel for many year and meet our Christmas friends each year with makes it all a perfect holiday...Thank you to everyone .. see you later this year

Hôtel très bien entretenu avec un très bel emplacement près de la mer. Nous avions une chambre familiale (2eme partie de l’hôtel) très grande et très propre. Le personnel de l’accueil et de l’entretien est formidable ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien. Les points négatifs sont la température de l’eau des piscines (glaciale) et la qualité du buffet du soir qui est très médiocre. Il serait bien d’améliorer la qualité de la nourriture du buffet du soir et de chauffer l’eau des piscines. Nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner c’est dommage. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour, Lanzarote est une île superbe !

We booked a room in a 4 star hotel and we were offered an apartament. Very close to kids pool and noisy. Four star hotel and we had to carry our luggage ourselves from the reception to the apartament. Suprising. The first thing we noticed were two cocroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We asked to be moved. They offered a different apartament. We packed again and moved. The next apartament had a terribe stench coming from the pipes in the toilet. We complained, they tried to mask it by sending mainteance and throwing bleach down the toilet which did not help at all. We moved to another apartament after 2 nights. Very outdated, old. No minibar, no tea,no coffee. 4 star hotel?? The buffet terrible. Tastles. Poor, low quality choice. Staff uneducated. I had to wait with hot porridge bowl to let a waitress pass. Unacceptable. The cleaning staff marched in our room, no knocking, no asking if it is ok with us to clean. I was in my pijamas in bed. She didn't care and started spraying and cleaning. We had to leave the room. Felt very akward. Be careful this is not a 4 star hotel at all!
