A mixed bag. We went for 2 week holiday and there are lots of positives the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The 3 pools are great one large pool is heated the other was very cold but the children didn’t seem to mind. The baby pool is great for smaller guests. We stayed in the larger villa but it wasn’t worth the extra money. You did have a jacuzzi and private courtyard with sun lounger and table & chairs but the inside was in need of attention the tiles were filthy, stains on the sofa, needed a really deep clean. It was basic to say the least. The location is great easy walk to the beach & easy access to playa Blanca. Aqua lava was a great hit for us was small but has everything you would want from a water park and food available on site along with ice creams. Really great way to spend a day. The food was hit & miss the first few days were terrible the kids buffet was pasta, tomato sauce, chips & rice no meat. This did improve with added hotdogs, fish & chicken nuggets. Ice cream bar was a massive hit along with the chocolate fountain with the children. Wide selection of salads & cold meats. Fresh juices and soda. A lot of fish but a large selection and on our stay the food did improve massively in the second week. The kids mini disco was ok & on one night a magician was brilliant. The bar area is absolutely crammed with chairs so not so much comfortable but we didn’t spend too many evenings there as it was far too noisy. It would be nice to have a quieter area to enjoy a drink. Lots of positives but needs to TLC. I’d rather have less choice but better quality in the food area. We might return in the future as the staff are really lovely and lots going for it but definitely wouldn’t pay the extra for the bigger villa absolutely not worth the extra cost. The beds are only changed weekly which I’d of preferred more often & towels every 2 days. The housekeeping staff try their best but I think the villas need attention.
