Excellent hotel with good location, with sea views from the room, a lot of swimming pools, fitness zone, spa zone, all necessary conditions for relaxing. Beautiful breakfast and dinner with a lot of products from various world's kitchens. So, the best hotel to forget about your life problems)))

We had a great time. The rooms are lovely as is the reception and pool area. The hotel is on the marina close to lots of nice restaurants. Although it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

We had a great stay, some downsides of cockroaches in the room (something which is "normal" in Lanzarote according to the locals), so we changed rooms (with a little grimacing), this being the case we found some others in our new room with two single beds instead of a double bed which was our request on booking.
Another downside in the room where we were we heard a lot of the pulling of chairs or other things like a move every evening and in the morning the waking up of the cleaning ladies (whom I respect for the thankless work they do) who pull their cleaning trolleys from 7:00 a.m. and which will inevitably wake you up.
The good points, the excellent breakfast which is of great variety, we cannot judge the restaurant as we have not tried it.
The swimming pool and the setting are really very beautiful.
Small mention to Sabine, with whom we spoke at length, who gave us a lot of advice and was extremely kind.

Vacances au top. Tres bel hotel avec de très belles piscines. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très diversifié. L'équipe est au top. Tout particulièrement sabine qui est très agréable, aux petits soins et qui veille sur nous a la piscine.

Partiamo dai lavori alla piscina principale, per me non ha avuto nessun impatto, ed era chiaramente specificato che c'erano lavori, in tutto l'hotel regna una pace assoluta, nessuno corre, nessuno urla, anche nelle piscine nessuno salta o si tuffa, camere belle grandi e pulite, lo stesso vale per il bagno, dotato di tutto letti giganti, ecco, su questi aggiungerei un Topper, di notte si dorme benissimo, forse anche merito degli ospiti che si trovano. Colazione top con prodotti di qualità e molto variegati. Cena buona con serate a tema, chiaramente indirizzata a soddisfare una clientela nordica, però non si fatica assolutamente a fare una buona cena, bevande un po' care, però è un 5 stelle. Posizione buona, direttamente sulla marina e sulla passeggiata che in pochi minuti porta in paese. Infine il personale, tutti gentili e disponibili, dal personale delle camere a quello del ristorante, ai facchini e ai manutentori, tutti!! Un grazie particolare a Francesca della Reception, (perché italiana) ma anche a tutte le sue colleghe. Per me, esperienza positiva.

Another great visit to the Volcan, allocated room quickly on arrival despite being early which was great. Room spacious clean and nice sea view despite not booking a sea view. Hotel is nice quiet, peaceful and generally very relaxing. Pool (main) was closed for refurbishment whilst we there but didn't impact on our holiday as others available. My only criticism is that the sunbeams could perhaps do with replacement as don't have mattress top so can be a little uncomfortable on my ageing back but that's just from my point of view. Breakfast was perfect with huge choice of both hot and cold offerings in a truly lovely location, couldn't fault at all. We were on B&B basis but opted to book 3 evening meals on a deal of 20 euros per person which was great value and again the food was great for a buffet style evening meal. Each evening has a theme etc such as Mexican, Lebanese, fish and so on. The nights we didn't eat in we visited the abundance of restaurants in close proximity of all price ranges. Bar One which is underneath the lighthouse in the Marina is worth a mention for great food and drinks in a great location at very reasonable prices, worth seeking out. Evening entertainment provided every night, simple but good and for about an hour each night, don't miss the opera show in the adjoining beautiful church of hotel. On the whole we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel LIVVO Volcan. The setting was amazing, the rooms were big and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is warming and relaxing. What really did make our experience was the staff. Angie in the club lounge pool bar was an absolute star - friendly, attentive, and always made us feel special. She greeted us with a smile every day and created such a warm personal experience. In the evening, Hassan brought the same level of excellence in the main bars. He was professional and engaging and made sure we were looked after. Also a special mention to the reception staff for sorting out a little glitch over the rooms. It's staff like this that can really make ypur holiday enjoyable. Thank you 😘 Mel and Claire
