Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, the hotel had a lot of older guests which suited me .

This is a mixed review.the hotel is exceptionally clean in the room and in public areas inside and outside round the pool too everything cleaned daily extremely high standards. The food in the main buffet restaurant at lunch and evening meal that should be hot is far from it it is mainly cold.the quality of the meat in dishes is poor.if you want to eat here go for very limited fresh cooked cooking station which you que for but is good quality. The breakfast is very good choice and strong cooking omelettes and often bacon good quality.avoid so called hot food on buffet.plenty of healthy choices to like bran and varies seeds.orange juice is fresh. Order all the drinks you want in one go as seldom come back.because staff very busy but pleasant. No beach outside the hotel just a average 8 min walk to nearest.taxi into playa Blanca are cheap book with reception. If you like a a very quiet hotel that is clean and mainly serves the entertainment needs of over 70 and clean spacious rooms with no beach immediately outside this windy hotel this is for you. Causation over some very shallow parts of pool.good for walking.nice outside heated pool but very steep up to it and no bar anywhere near that area good walk . If you like cats it’s great if you can walk up steep inclines there is a feeding station with food available and water for guests to feed if low on food.only 10 min walk to supermarket where you can buy soft cat food packets to treat them otherwise they have dry food best for heat.well fed cats semi feral.this is on way to heated pool.few saving graces for us of this hotel as too quiet not enough food choices and mostly cold.drinks good brands.not enough bars and few seats in main reception level bar.if you want one go for tea at 6.30Pm.terrible singer in bar.

Privilege was impressive. Food to die for in the Kasbah restaurant. Breakfast was very chilled with wonderful attentive staff. Room facilities and upkeep were perfect and Lindor chocs for turndown made my day! Comfy sun loungers by the covered pool with breathtaking views of the coastline. The Privilege Lounge was a welcome bonus with a good selection of drinks. We've stayed in some great hotels but have never encountered such happy proactive staff across all areas. Now we know why there are so many returning guests. TP is now on our list for a return visit.
