Hotel nicely decorated but very cold in public areas at night. We have/ had a room in the basement no natural light feel like the reviews I have read are true that these rooms are allocated to TUI customers which is a shame as they bring continued revenue to the hotel and other H10 hotels !!!! Food in restaurant is not 4 star plus standard and often run out of fresh vegetables in the evening and food is lukewarm .

Uitstekend hotel. Zeer luxe beleving met privilege. Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame personeel. Prachtig mooie suite met mooie uitzicht op zee. Goede a la carte restaurant Kasbah. Het eiland Lanzarote biedt bovendien diverse leuke bezienswaardigheden.

Really disappointed with many things with the hotel. We were in a privileged room as was my sister & husband. We visited last year and were really looking forward to showing them how nice it was as it was their first time. The rooms were okay although all we could smell was food from the kitchen as we were on floor two. The privilege area & beds were dirty and tumblers from two days previously were left lying until sos men removed them. The food in the Kasbah was terrible compared to last year. My chicken curry was like rubber, steaks pork were also tough sampled by four of us.we asked Danny from bowl of potatoes which we didn’t receive but on his night off we were given them, we also got them last year as did regular visitors. On the last morning we ate in the kasbah my breakfast was delivered cold as was the scrambled egg on two other plates as well as the bacon, this is unacceptable the member of staff attitude changed when this was pointed out( there were only 10 people in for breakfast that morning this is unacceptable) . Lastly there were so many people with coughs and colds using the privilege lounge with no sanitizers in sight especially when everyone was touching the fridge, drinks, ice and food, people also used their hands to dip into the sweets. The pigeons being fed by guest is disgraceful as there was bird pol on the seats I have taken pictures of this, I suggest signs are put up telling people this has to be stopped, not only they are annoying when flying overhead when you are trying to relax, after all it is a vacation. Certain people smoking within the privilege out door area. Suggest managers patrol areas frequently to see if they would be happy if the paid out their well earned money. We also overheard regular guest saying they were not eating in the kasbab!!.

We stayed here for a week at the very start of February on an all inclusive basis in a seaview room. Before we travelled we requested a quiet room on a high floor. On arrival this was exactly what we were given. The room was big with a view of the lighthouse and an impressive bathroom. A great start. This is a four star hotel and the service received, without exception, was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel could not offer any better professional service. Food - buffet Basically two venues, the main buffet restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the pool bar restaurant open in the afternoon. Generally, we though the best buffet was at breakfast. Great choice of hot and cold food. There were freshly cooked eggs, bacon and omelettes available. The latter really good with a very patient chef. Cava waiting outside the restaurant each morning and an aperitif before dinner. Nice touch. Didn't really try lunch here much as we much preferred the pool restaurant. However, on the times we did visit we thought the choice was limited. The buffet at dinner we generally always found sufficient choice available. We thought that perhaps a little more imagination in the themed night choices might make the buffet more interesting. However, I think we went to the buffet a bit late when possibly some of the choices had gone. Pool restaurant Opens during the afternoon. We had the majority of our lunches here. On each occasion, the food and the service was first class. The meals are cooked to order and the quality was great. Only wish this place was open for dinner in some form. Thoroughly recommend. A la carte restaurant As part of our package we were allowed one dinner here. Undoubtedly this was the best meal we had at the hotel. The service was impressive and the food perfectly cooked. If you have the opportunity please go and enjoy. Drinks We came across a drinks service here never seen before. All the spirits served are well known top shelf brands. Each time your waiter brings you a drink the chosen spirit bottle is brought to your table and served. This happens in all the main bars and is quite incredible to see. Enjoy as you will probably never see this anywhere else other than in H10 hotels. First class service from every waiter we had. We thought the bar service times were a bit odd. For instance, if you wanted a waiter service drink at say 1.30 pm the whole hotel could only go to the pool restaurant. The one main bar does not open until 4pm. Not sure how this would work when the hotel is full and it is raining! Entertainment First thing to say is that there is no music around the main pool all day for the benefit of the DJ to prove their coolness! The silence was a joy. Please do not change this. There were activities organised by the animation team around the hotel and seemed well supported. The team was always friendly. Pool towels collected from Reception. One Euro charge for a change. No problem as these are possibly the

This was our 1st stay H10 TP as Privilege AI guests, having walked in & around the hotel in Jan 24 whilst staying at another H10. Upon arrival, we remembered how nice the reception area was and checking in was a breeze. Very quick, glass of Cava and the polite gentleman advised us that we had been upgraded to Suite 255. He could tell how pleased we were and upon entering the room, we realised this was special. Couldn't have appreciated this kind gesture any more. The views were spectacular and seeing a bottle of Cava on the table made us smile even more. Basically, the beds were super comfy, house keeping did a perfect job everyday although we always try to make their life easier by tidying up so they don't have to do too much. The pool areas are lovely although we spent each morning at the beach, we always returned after midday to make the most of the Privilege lounge/sunbed area and then the main sunbed areas. The pool bar was a little gem. Service was fantastic, food was great and the general atmosphere was really pleasant. We alternated between Privilege and the main buffet for breakfast which again was never any issue. Although the buffet seemed really busy, it was kind of calm with everyone nice & relaxed. On the odd occasion we visited just b4 closing for lunch at 3pm and the staff were great. Felt guilty as I know we arrived at 2.40pm but we were quick so we didn't delay the staff tidying up and closing. Dinner in Kasbah was as good as the setting it was in. Our server thought I was joking when I said I'd like to order my main again, it was that nice but not sure if I was allowed to 😂. Entertainment downstairs was varied and was aimed at everyone although we're not fans of Elvis, we could see it was one of the popular shows. We didn't have much interaction with the Animation team as we were down the beach most days but could see they loved doing what they did and the guests really enjoyed them. H10 TP definitely lived up to the hype and although we don't post much on TA of our stays, we had to comment on how well we enjoyed our 6 nt stay. The staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and hotel grounds are what you want on a holiday. This is why we love the H10 brand so much and being Grand Class members, I think we'll be collecting a few more points staying at TP in the future, starting with Jan 26. Would've come back sooner but we already have 3 more stays in H10s across the Canaries and unlike some guests we got talking too, we have a set limit of days off work we can take in a year3. Thanks again and so so pleased we stayed 👏👏

Just coming to the end of our 2nd visit here. Such a great hotel- the position is great, short stroll to a lovely beach & great local restaurants . The grounds are so lovely, spacious, well kept , lots of lovely peaceful areas to sit. Particularly enjoyed the heated 'indoor ' pool as main pools and sea too cold ! Our room was perfect- high floor, great sea view, massive beds and huge walk-in shower. Particular mention to manager Montserrat Fernández who took our requests into account - thank you ! Even received a bottle of Cava in our room for my husband's birthday, lovely touch. Can highly recommend staying here and will be back

Same room as last year 👍, We go to Lanzarote each year in January / February, and, always use the H10 group, * years using the Lanzarote Princess, but last year, 2024, we fancied a change and went to the Timanfaya Palace, we were so impressed that we booked to go back and guess what, we are going back in 2026!
