We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists.
If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

Very good family hotel. The actual accommodation is fantastic, we had a 2 bed apartment. Large rooms and double en-suite, private terrace with sun beds. Excellent snack bar/restaurant in site - ran by Bailey - who was very friendly. Good quality sunbeds, and plenty available. About a 20 minute walk down to the seafront and restaurants.

Viajamos varias amigas y el complejo en general muy tranquilo para pasar unos días de relax. Sin embargo, la zona de las piscinas tiene muy pocas hamacas para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay, era casi imposible encontrar hueco para poder disfrutar de la piscina. Tiene parking gratuito y el personal fue muy amable.

Spotlessly clean apartment and grounds, v spacious accommodation, having 2 bathrooms made life so much easier. We liked that the kitchen was separate to the living area which had the fold out bed. Filtered water on tap was a massive plus. Kitchen v well equipped. The air conditioning was very good and there was 3 v effective units in the apartment- one in each bedroom and also one in the living area. Lots of private outdoor space with chairs and sun loungers. Washing machine and dishwasher added bonuses. The restaurant/ bar is excellent, staff v polite, friendly and informative. The food was as good or better than the best of the restaurants on the sea front. There’s no shop on site, closest one is about 300M away. We could have done with more frequent towel changes The pools are relatively small but have glass enclosures so well fenced off for toddlers. The padded sun loungers are v comfortable and plenty of parasols around It’s about 15-20 min walk to Playa Blanca town, a little less to the beautiful Flamingo beech - this may not suit everyone Overall the feel of a villa (a very large comfortable one) with the added benefit of a reception and excellent restaurant on site. Would definitely return

Stayed in the Jardines del sol on saturday 5th july until Tuesday the 8th. We travelled over to meet family in the hotel across the road. My son is autistic and this hotel was perfect for him. The apartments are spacious, modern with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools were glassed off making it stress free while we enjoyed food in the baily bar. The staff were extreemly helpful. A special memtion for Ruth in reception who helped us avail of an early check in as we arrived at 10.30am. Would deffinitly return in the future ☺️

Ho prenotato il mio soggiorno tramite booking per la fine di questo mese. In questi giorni ci arriva una mail della struttura dove si ricorda in allegato che le piscine sono chiuse per emergenza, tutte e tre... strana emergenza tre piscine tutte assieme e nel periodo estivo. Su booking non abbiamo visto questa informazione anche se sia l' hotel che booking ci dicono che all' atto della nostra prenotazione l' informazione era già presente e ci mandano uno screenshot dove in fondo ad una pagina in piccolo si scrive che le piscine sono temporaneamente non disponibili. Dopo aver descritto le piscine, dopo tre pagine si scrive in fondo in piccolo la cosa... l' hotel dà la colpa a booking ovviamente ma la cosa brutta è che ci informano che dovremo sopportare rumore e polvere. Ma dove sì e mai visto che in vacanza occorre sopportare rumore e polvere? Questo non era scritto da nessuna parte ed è inammissibile. Purtroppo non abbiamo la cancellazione, non ci viene offerta una sistemazione lontano dalla zona dei lavori dicendoci che è tutto occupato, non ci viene offerta la possibilità di usufruire di una piscina in una struttura vicina, nulla. La nostra vacanza è già rovinata prima di partire. Nessun aiuto e per di più rumore e polvere!!! Mai più...fate attenzione questa non è attenzione al cliente, noi possiamo non esserci accorti dell' informazione, che era veramente indicata in maniera non visibile,ma non si può due settimane prima della partenza fare una comunicazione di questo tipo senza un minimo di attenzione alla persona.
