we returned here after 5 years, and it was still as beautiful as we remembered. The hotel is very clean, and the pool areas are superb . Lovely large pool, an indoor pool, and also a childrens section along with a pirate ship with slide and animal sprinklers . There are lots of sunbeds and it was never an issue finding one , you cannot reserve them and we saw the pool attendants bagging up towels that people had put on and removing them for people to collect when they came back to the beds . We had a junior suite, which was beautiful, had a large walk-in shower, and had plenty of wardrobe space . The rooms were cleaned daily . The food is decent with plenty of choices for all tastes.The location of the hotel is excellent, about 40 minutes from the airport . Close to shops and bars , 5 minutes to beach and 15 minutes to Rubicon Marina

Wij zijn zeer teleurgesteld in dit H10 hotel. Onze eerste nacht hebben we zeer slecht geslapen door de erg gehorige kamers en de tegen over het hotel gelegen discotheek die tot 6 uur 's morgens open was. Gelukkig was dit maar voor één avond. Hotel is voor de rest erg gedateerd, behalve het zwembad die is netjes. Eetzaal is heel vies en erg slecht georganiseerd. Om 9 uur 's avonds zijn er geen tafels meer te vinden, ze staan allemaal vol met de vieze resten van mensen die al lang weg zijn. Naar een schoon bord moet je zoeken of soms zelf op wachten omdat alles op is. Buffet is slecht aangevuld en van matige kwaliteit. Het eten aan het zwembad is tevens zwaar ondermaats. Personeel lijkt het ook niet erg naar naar de zin te hebben. Voor ons geen H10 hotel meer.

El hotel está en una zona privilegiada, al lado de una playa súper bonita, con tiendas y bares cerca. Es un hotel grande, con limpieza diaria, las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones son grandecitas aunque podrían renovar un poco el mobiliario. Tiene un baño con todas las comodidades, la comida es variada durante la cena todos los días aunque recogen o dejan de hacer la comida demasiado pronto, comienza las 18:30 y a las 9:15 ya no puedes pedir comida recién hecha debido a que a pesar de cerrar a las 9:30 ya no están. El desayuno hay mucha variedad, suelen estar constantemente reponiendo. La única pega es que las mesas nunca están preparadas para poder sentarte y en ocasiones tardan en prepararlas o coger la comanda de bebidas. Tiene muchas actividades divertidas, hay hamacas siempre disponibles y el entretenimiento de noche bueno pero centrado al turismo extranjero. Los cócteles ricos y a un precio bueno, en general repetiría sin dudarlo.

Loively Hotel central location,food very good ,lovely grounds plenty of space to move around staff friendly rooms good size maids do an excellent job clean sheets every second day ,we are looking to go back middle of December ,this is our go to hotel in Playa Blanca it was my birthday when we were there chocolates 🍫 and bottle of bubbly 🍾 in my room really lovely gesture fron the hotel

Couldn’t recommend H10 any more! The location is perfect, shop outside, beach 5 mins walk, quick walk to “main” area in playa blanca with restaurants/shops/bars/sea front. But you don’t even have to leave the hotel because it has everything! So many pools, heated indoor pool and the outdoor pools too, food is decent, staff are lovely, genuinely have nothing bad to say. We stayed in the chill out room which I’d highly recommend as the outdoor area is huge and located in a perfect position for quick access to pools and exit of hotel, so handy! I’ve never stayed in a hotel more than once but we would return here for certain

Good activities at the pool although they did swap a couple of days activities around without letting us know. Inside pool a delight. Outside pool not too cold and easy to get in and out of. Balcony could of been bigger. Noise at night but I guess unavoidable. Drum workshop was brilliant!!! Also group singing outside great. Close to beach, shops and good view of ferry boats from our balcony. Food could have been better some nights. Breakfasts very good but very crowded. Overall very good value for money.

As always, friendly and helpful staff who always try to accommodate any requests. Our suite was spot on. Hotel is very clean with a good choice of food and evening entertainment. Hotel is perfectly situated for a wander into Playa Blanca or to the Rubicon Marina.

Restauración, limpieza amabilidad de 10 En el restaurante el buffet es variado fruta, tortillas, café etc.. muy bien en la cena ya que comida no acudo, también la variedad diaria es exquisita teniendo siempre pescados y carnes en plancha así como en salsa, los postres dulces muchos y variados y también la fruta, en definitiva todo perfecto

Customer service is very poor. Building work is going on around the guests with little thought as to the impact on guest experience. At one point guests were finger writing clean me on the tables because they were so dusty but the crockery was dusty too because the restaurant wasn’t cleaned after the overnight work. Food quality was good when it was available but the servers weren’t replenished quickly, neither were the plates, spoons etc. which led to a bad experience. There seemed to be a shortage of staff to keep the restaurant running efficiently and I won’t be going back
