Ask for a mattress topper as the beds are hard. If you can stay in block 1 or 2 (some sea views and away from the noise) and on the top floor as it's quieter and more private. Food is lovely, staff are friendly but not chatty. Limited indoor drinking area so not fab in winter. Our son loved the free water park. You will love it if you like rap type young music - we are old so don't! Bus no 30 at the end of the road is only £1.40 one way but we took a taxi as it was cheaper for 3 of us. Hotel WiFi is awful and only one British speaking telly channel. . We probably won't book here again due to a few niggles mentioned but absolutely good value for money especially for families with little ones.

I came here in February with my friends for a week and we are fine here, everything is nice, the food, the friendly staff, thanks to the entertainers for their work and for the fun they gave us with the activities, thanks guys. We'll be back soon

Excellent hotel food and drinks first class brilliant for kids and adults alike friendly always something to do staff entertaining and friendly animation great rooms big and modern great vibes around pool would recommend to anyone I certainly intend returning

Food really good…animation team absolutely great!..receptiongood and staff overall really good!..👍🏼..I came here with my family and had a fantastic time…would suggest heating to a certain temperature would be more user friendly and more people would go in..also we didn’t have tv all week although on holiday we don’t tend to watch but as carers with people with learning disabilities they needed this

Belle structure, et bien fonctionnel,logement spacieux. Bémol...peu de traductions françaises, principalement de l'anglais, il est vrai que l'on se croirait en Angleterre, pour certains,quel manque d'éducation, compliqué pour ceux qui ne parle pas anglais, restaurant trop bruyant. Le goûter de l'après-midi au bar de la piscine, frites ,bergers,calamars,saucisses....glaces.dommage pour les petits goûters français. Tout le reste, très bien.Animation, pas connu.

Good place to chill, plenty of space to move around, rooms not to far from pool but far away enough to keep noise away. Good selection of food and beverage for everyone too. Staff are super friendly too and always there to help you with everything.

Great fun for all the kids entertainment great in the evening.Childrens food a bit of a let down but the adults buffets are fantastic. Pietro our host was fantastic throughout . Rooms were comfortable enough but TV and hair dryers didn't work
