The food is quite unpalatable, but there are free coconut drinks on the beach.
The environment is beautiful and there is free mineral water every day.
Very close to the beach, there is singing and dancing at night

It was an excellent experience. I live in Cuba and I recognize the effort made by all Hotel workers to maintain a level of service capable of satisfying the most demanding of clients. In general I felt very good.
Only one element that I didn't like was the harassment of Cuban fighters in the beach area. This element is very unpleasant and sows insecurity in the Hotel's clients.

Idyllic setting, magnificent beach, clean and pleasant common areas. Correct and pleasant staff. The buffet
was pretty good, there was a lot of choice, hot dishes, good quality food.
The room leaves something to be desired, not super clean, the cleaning was done on the surface but not in depth.
