Чудесное место, исключительные хозяева. Если хотите получить миллион удовольствий от экскурсий и еды, а также увидеть Южную Францию глазами людей, которые любят ее всем сердцем, вам сюда. Непременно вернусь, если Бог даст. Мы носились по региону целыми днями, но все равно целый сонм достопримечательностей и ресторанчиков остались неизведанными. А какие там местные жители!

Место, куда хочется вернуться! Отдыхали небольшой компанией уже второй раз за полгода. Настолько все понравилось! Уютный, старинный дом в живописном месте. Очень симпатичные, радушные хозяева, превосходная кухня от Сержа и супер интересные экскурсии с Маргаритой!

I am a writer and needed a quiet inspirational retreat for the completion of my manuscript. I couldn't get a better place! It had been recommended to me by my friend. Wonderful romantic room with a huge window onto the beautiful garden, mountains and fields. Outstandingly comfortable bed, excellent coffee which I could have any time of day, gourmet lunches and dinners by the owner of the Residence La Borde —charming Serge, several most interesting excursions into the breathtaking surrounding historic villages and towns with Serge's most inspiring and knowledgeable partner Margot. My manuscript was not only finished there and now published but already a bestseller, thanks to Serge, Margot and vive la Residence La Borde.

super séjour dans un cadre magnifique et calme. La maison est très belle, avec toutes les commodités. Nous sommes reçus comme des princes par les hôtes, et nous nous sommes régalés à leur table d'hôte. Bravo! On recommande.

One of the most outstanding experiences in my travel life. I was leading the yoga retreat at Residence. Beautiful and cosy place, definitely for gourmands as our hosts provided us with a variety of delicious meals. 5 days felt like one more life - so many places we have visited with Margeaux and her stories about everything. Flexibility with schedule let us explore Toulouse, Carcassone, Mirepoix, Fanjeaux, Ariege, Gruissan, to practice yoga by the sea, on the mountains, at beautiful belvedere....Will be Black for sure

Une merveilleuse surprise ! Un accueil chaleureux. Ce mas a été superbement aménagé par les hôtes qui ont très bien équipé les chambres avec un confort total : grand lit, un salle de bain très bien équipée avec des matériaux nobles, canapés confortable, .. Le linge de maison mis à disposition est à la hauteur de équipements. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des viennoiseries provenant d'un boulanger choisi avec soin. Notre hôtesse nous a très bien conseillé les visites à faire. Ses descriptions étaient précises et sa connaissance de l'histoire locale est un grand plus. Vaut le détour sans hésitation !
