Långresan Stockholm till Opatija över Prag&Alperna
Vi såg framåt var vistelsen på hotellet vi hade hade kört från Stockholm och vi förväntade oss ett rum som är på 4 stjärnors nivå men tyvärr det var den inte den var långt ifrån tyvärr!!! Super tråkigt

Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, leider störte das laute zuschlagen der Eingangstür die Nachtruhe nicht unerheblich. Frühstück einfach aber okay. Nur sehr einfache Aufback Brötchen beim Frühstück. Leider war das Restaurant durch Reisebus Gesellschaft komplett gefüllt. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz Anfrage, Lactosefreie Milch erst ab dem zweiten Tag vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt etwas am Rande von Plau. Es hat ein kleines Schwimmbad. Die Zimmer sind gut und geräumig. Die Küche ist excellent, sowohl das Frühstücksbüfett als auch das Abendessen. Frau Stuhr an der Rezeption ist freundlich und erfüllt fast jeden Wunsch.

Waren heute mit Freunden zum Weihnachtsessen da. Die Qualität und der Umfang des Ente satt Angebotes waren hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Empfehlung für alle Besucher in der Region und keine Scheu haben sollten das Hotel Restaurant zu besuchen…

Dejligt sted hotellet ligger fin i forhold til byen Plau am see.
Wifi var dårligt på værelset, og der var lidt problem med et meget varmt værelse ingen aircondition.
Wellness så fin ud benyttede det ikke da vi kun have 2 over natninger.
Plau am see er en rigtig hyggelig by og har et rigtig godt spisested Fakkelgarden. Man spiser også godt på hotellet.
