Clean room. No weird smells. Fridge and microwave included. Water pressure stronger than many hotels we've stayed at. Friendly manager. Jennifer was super helpful. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Customer service was horrible. The front desk clerk was sitting on the counter on his phone and told me to take my own trash outside to the larger can. The tv did not work for 2 days. I had an iron board but no iron. No restroom in the lobby.Key card did not work. No WiFi. Hated it!

Pro: pool/hot tub, ice machines (every floor I believe), variety breakfast (donuts, toast, oj, apple juice, cook yourself waffles, hot food, cereal, yogurt) , front desk service Cons: muggy hallways, hole in room wall, trash from previous customers, vent in bathroom didn’t work, internet/tv was down during my stay, Overall: hotel could be updated and just picked up a little better. I would stay again for an inexpensive stay to visit KC again!

We reserved a King size room a couple of weeks prior to our stay. We received two Queen sized beds. Called the office and he said he was sorry, there were no King size available but he gave us the Queen sized rate. Also the hair dryer didn’t work. This was the very first time I’ve traveled and didn’t bring my own hair dryer!

The couple in the room next to us came in fighting sometime after midnight . When I heard the woman scream at one point I tried calling the front desk 3 times and got no response..
