Compramos una Dakotabox pagando un suplemento de 70e para usar un jacuzzi 50 min y cuando llegamos al hotel no tenían sitio para nosotros, no nos ofrecieron una solución más q venir otro día al jacuzzi o una botella de cava jaja, además de tratarnos con desprecio, habitación pequeña, no recomiendo este hotel porque teniendo las habitaciones vacías llenan el jacuzzi x horas, cobrando 38e y los q hemos pagado la noche de hotel no tenemos sitio dentro de nuestros chekin y chekout, siendo una estafa total

Notre séjour a été catastrophique! concernant la climatisation de la chambre nous avons eu de l’air chaud toute la nuit après avoir averti le réceptionniste à maintes reprises… le personnel de très mauvaise foi ... le réceptionniste a gardé ma pièce d'identité c'est inadmissible d'autant plus qu'il m'a facturé la chambre deux fois le buffet est très petit pas beaucoup de choix le personnel très désagréable nous ont poussés à partir avant l’heure vraiment à fuir !

No teníamos acceso a nada, más que la piscina para todo cobraban y se pagó un valor alto, pensando que teníamos acceso a todo.
No regresaría al hotel, la habitación con muchas camas poco espacio, el baño con poco jabón, no volveríamos a ir.

Nette kamers, goede bedden en een prima ontbijt. Prijs/kwaliteit is goed. Kamers zijn wat gedateerd, maar wel zeer ruim opgezet en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Week gebleven en er veel op uit geweest, dan is het een fijn hotel. Ga je voor een hotel waar je echt een week lang aan het zwembad wil liggen met meer faciliteiten, dan zou ik het niet kiezen, maar voor onze vakantie was het top.

Hôtel à éviter la direction nous dit hôtel est complet pour changer de chambre dans un état lamentable la porte ayant été fracturée photos jointe donc fermant mal pas sécurisée "mais réponse du directeur de cet hôtel toutes les portes sont pareilles" porte le douche manquante coffre ne fonctionnant pas et pour finir une climatisation ne donnant que de l'air, heureusement ce n'était qu'une nuit et pour finir au petit déjeuner le directeur nous vocifère que nous ne sommes pas le bien venus et qu'il ne fallait pas revenir. C'est évident ! photos jointes aussi pour montrer la salle de petit déjeuner entre 9h 10et 9h 50 bondé de monde pour un hôtel complet la porte de la chambre et la porte manquante de la douche faites vous une idée ! prochaine fois je passe mon chemin et choisis un autre hôtel dans platja dAro
