The hotel is very outdated, no wifi other than in communal areas, the bathroom was not great due to the shower flooding the bathroom each time and the rooms could do with a revamp. The worst part about the holiday was the food. Myself and partner struggled to find anything we liked and survived off the sausages (hot dogs), bread and croissants. The coffee was terrible and served from a machine from the 90s. We went to the local taverna or to other restaurants most evenings for meals, which was lovely. The cleaning staff were lovely. Always smiling and the room was cleaned to a good standard. We hired a car whilst we were there and the staff member at reception was a great help in arranging this. He also advised us on the best way to Chania and on bus times. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed spending a few days sunbathing. Overall, I would not return to this hotel and feel the standards were lower than expected for the price we paid. With some renovation to the rooms and an overhaul of the menu/buffet, I feel it would be much better.

Struttura carina con piscina accogliente La nostra camera nella media funzionale peccato per la pulizia la riordinano un giorno si e un giorno no ...!! Gli asciugamani sempre quelli del primo giorno, Al ristorante da italiano dico che c'era pochissima roba ( e ne ho girato di hotel) Deludente

Κρίμα γιατί είναι πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο αλλά από καθαριότητα μηδέν....εμείς είχαμε ένα τρίκλινο και όταν μπήκαμε κατά τις 4.30 βρήκαμε στην τουαλέτα,πάνω στην λεκάνη ουρά,μπαλκόνι μες στη βρώμα και στο κρεβάτι όταν βγάλαμε το κάλυμμα, κολλημένο ένα σελοτέιπ....και στη ρεσεψιόν για να το πούμε.... άνθρωπος.... Είναι μόνο από το πρωί μέχρι τις 4-5 περίπου....μετά, κανείς...

Struttura semplice ma carina ma gestita in modo pessimo: reception attiva fino alle 16 poi nessuno del personale è presente fino al giorno dopo. Camere pulite 1 giorno su 2 e biancheria cambiata una volta per settimana. La pulizia nella camera è pressoché inesistente. Aspetto peggiore la cucina: cibi avanzati serviti i giorni successivi, nessuna varietà o tipicità, scarsa qualità e troppo poco tempo per mangiare. Neanche una macchinetta per il caffè o altre necessità. Peccato..

Struttura pessima! Sporca e fatiscente. Ristorante che sembra una mensa di quart'ordine, con cibi industriali congelati e riscaldati oltre che riciclati Al mio arrivo trovo il bagno sporco, wc e doccia in modo particolare. Personale inesistente. Hotel decadente, Wi-Fi funzionante a spot, solo nella hall e zona ristorante, nelle camere inesistente. Tutto quello che si vede nelle foto pubblicitarie del loro sito non corrisponde a quanto si trova una volta arrivati.

Camerone arredato con mobili vecchi e mal tenuti, bagno strettissimo dotato di attrezzature vecchie e malandate, non c’è un sapone, uno shampoo, niente di niente. Reception inesistente, se arrivi dopo le 16:00 la struttura è deserta. Se si ha qualche necessità non c’è nessuno a chi chiedere! Il letto matrimoniale è costituito da due reti con il materasso matrimoniale, non c’è una testiera, si dorme con la testa a contatto col muro. Io capisco la semplicità ma a questo prezzo è un furto!

Hotel carino , camere vecchie poco pulite , e non tutti i giorni venivano sistemate e cambiati gli asciugamani. Cibo scadente e ripetitivo per quanto riguarda il senza glutine nonostante avevamo avvisato alla prenotazione..si sono fatti trovare impreparati scandalosi....nonostante tutto ci avevano garantito. Per poi non parlare degli orari della reception orari solamente dalle 8 alle 16 dopo di che non c' era nessuno.. solamente una cosa positiva che si trova vicino Balos e Elafonisi. SCONSIGLIATO!!!!

Service: sehr gut Essen: ausgezeichnet, keine Tiefkühl- oder Konservengerichte Pool: großer Pool zum Bahnenziehen usw., kleineren Pool haben wr nicht benutzt Zimmer: alles da, was man braucht Fazit: Wir wollten 1 Woche entspannen und konnten das auch; wir kommen gerne wieder!

The room was clean when we arrived. The room was cleaned every day. The towels had a pleasant, fresh smell. Breakfast and dinner were varied and very tasty. The staff were very kind, and accommodating. The garden and the pool were also maintained. Zsuzsi és Anti from Budapest ♥
