We only stayed 1 night as needed a hotel close to airport as arrived in late. So for 1 night, it was fine. If we’d stayed longer I would have been more annoyed. The Pros: great views from room and good size balcony, sizeable salt water pool, asked for a later check out and were given 1 hour later til 12PM, we checked in after midnight and the receptionist found us a beer asking local bar owner to still serve us, needed cash for beer but atm on site. The Negatives: top bunk bed wasn’t safe for our 6 year old kid, so both kids slept on bottom bunk. Breakfast was tasty but overfilled and long queue. Pool seats filled up fast if you weren’t there when pool opened at 9.30AM (luckily we were). Needed to bring OWN POOL TOWEL and grab parasol for your self. The hotel overall could have done better with more service by the pool, life guard (as was quite deep), pool boys who helped with parasols and pool towels!

Bring your toiletries there was just a small bar of soap in the bathroom. The small kitchen was suitable stock with the usual kitchen equipment, together with the infestation of ants.. now we are not talking 100’s we are talking thousands, we’d cleaned them away and they’d be back the next morning. The night before our departure we requested an extra hour for check out and were told there were no bookings for that room the next day, when we went up the next morning it had been booked ! We asked about shower facilities once we checked out and were told that pool public shower was available and the public shower by the beech! The beech, €10 for a sunbed - the beech itself is an absolute joke. The complex only take cash there is an atm on site. The breakfast was just ok avoid the coffee and juice, lunch - we ordered lunch pool side and were told it would take an hour - 1;15 later our food arrived and was just ok! The mini market is sufficient equipped, many of their products are from Lidl. Best part the staff were lovely but several after seeing us on site wouldn’t raise their heads to say hello! It was without exception the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
