Environment (Picture 1): It is on a remote street in Cardiff, surrounded by residential areas (Picture 2). Newcomers need to use Google Maps to find it. During the day, the environment is quite good. There is a bar downstairs, and the hostess She was very polite. I arrived late at that time. She found my information from the guest information and told me the password to open the door. It went smoothly.
Hygiene: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, has a separate bathroom, and the single room is suitable for one person to live in

The staff at Crofts Hotel are truly dedicated and I was made to feel nothing but welcome throughout. They provided for my dieatary needs and cooked a fantastic breakfast from scratch which set me up for the day. Thank you Crofts for enhancing my wonderfully restorative holiday in Wales. The bed stood out as very comfortable.

Stayed here for two nights for our son’s graduation, we loved it! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable and anything else we needed the staff were more than happy to help, very close to city centre and bay. Would definitely stay again when back in Cardiff & highly recommend.

Stayed with a friend whilst in Cardiff for a concert. The hotel was conveniently situated for the city centre and an easy walk to the Principality Stadium. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was bright, airy, spacious and clean (room 3). Good selection at breakfast and the full English was cooked to order, good veggie option too. Would return if in Cardiff again.

Brilliant hotel - stayed as a group and they couldn’t have been more helpful, always replied to emails quickly and were so friendly. The rooms themselves were lovely - beautifully clean and surprisingly quiet, drinks in the bar were reasonably priced and only a short walk into Cardiff Centre - would definitely recommend

I stayed in room 3 from Monday 19th February - Friday 23rd February and was very disappointed with the attitude of the owner (the ever opinionated Lorraine!). I was served breakfast in a room where many domestic animals, such as dogs, cats, and parrots, were roaming around. This is very unhygienic and upon speaking to Lorraine about these issues, I was branded a "pathetic worm" which is totally unacceptable. A real shame as Cardiff is a beautiful city.

Very basic room .bed small tv ..n kettle that it stayed in betrer hostels for third of the price .poor breakfast quality seamed cheap cash and carry ingredients and amount..plus like zoo animals roaming about in breakfast area .To expensive aswell

Amazing value for money and a real welsh welcome , we only stayed one night on our way to ireland The croft bar is very friendly and the drinks are cheap and it’s only walking distance from the centre of Cardiff Would highly recommend the crofts

The rooms were very basic and clinical which we were very disappointed in for the price. Breakfast costs extra and they are very small portions and nothing to write home about. There are animals that roam around the hotel so if you have any pet allergies I would certainly avoid here. The location was good but for the price we definitely wouldn't stay again.
