建築房間雖然較為陳舊，但住着還算舒適，房間寬敞，還能做飯，挺方便的，周圍交通還算比較方便。早餐是西式的，水果不錯。

Beware of bed bugs. We had this experience 2 times..the front desk is not able to help out. Called several times and manager was out.

This Residence in Fort Lauderdale City of Plantation needs to be shut down by the Florida Department of Agriculture as there is a bed bug infestation at this hotel. I checked in my room pulled back the sheets and pillow and saw infested with bed bug feces. See my photos (zoom in). Other people were complaining of bits to arms and requesting room changes. Beware do not stay here. You will take bed bugs home with you...!

The location was confident to drive to the malls, food stores and restaurants. Most of the staff was friendly and nice except for the front desk clerk who work in the evenings. She was unwelcoming and aloof.

The property was a great location to stay in the vicinity of shopping stores, restaurants and mall. It was great that they had variety for breakfast and the amenities was good. Most staff were nice and friendly except for the front desk clerk when I checked in for my stay.

This was my second time at this property and I was not impressed. The stay started off fine when I arrived a few hours earlier than I had booked and the front desk agent was more than helpful in getting me a room. I appreciated this especially since it was the middle of the night. In the days that followed my room was never cleaned even though I asked for it to be done everyday. I made sure not to put the sticker on my door so that I could receive service. The room attendant came on the day before checkout but only collected towels. The room was not cleaned. The bins were full of garbage and I still had to call for towels to which I was told I can only collect 2 sets. In fact, I had to call the front desk and ask for additional towels everyday. On 2 occasions, I was told how many towels I can get despite that not being enough. This property is in a great location for shopping but the service only started off good.
