I am in the center of where hurricane Milton came through but ******* was taking reservations for this hotel and when I got there he said he wasn't going to have any power until Friday, 4 days away. He had no computers. No way to check me in. I've tried to get a hold of ******* over 12 times today to cancel this booking and could never get past their automated system. It would finally just hang up on me.

Disgusting hotel
It was awful. Cockroaches, smelly room, tissue holder empty, TV screen didn’t work, smoke alarm completely detached, dirty floor, fridge on the floor and filthy bathroom.

Nasty hotel
My room was the worst room I have ever seen. Doors damaged was damaged tub damaged water pressure horrible barely any hot water. Pool was completely empty will never book there again.

Not the nicest place
The property was a little run down. There was a large group of local laborers that took most of the rooms. The door frame on the door jam had been broken previously and we were concerned about safety. Luckily nothing happened.
