Planos Beach Hotel

on arrival and checking in we were informed that our room was not ready normally not a problem as it does happen,we were the approached by the manager who said he had arranged for us to go to another hotel which was a 5* hotel and was for 1 night only as they had a few problems with the room, he took us to this hotel and promised it was for 1 night only and e would come for us the next morning, when he eventually turned up he told us the room would not be ready for another 3 or 4 days, we said this was not acceptable and told him get it sorted or we would stay at this hotel at his expense, he then went to make a phone call and came back to us saying ( A miracle has happened your room is ready) he took us back to the Planos beach hotel ushered us into room then disapeared. To start with the door handle was broken and hanging off there was dirty marks all over the walls,no headboard on the bed,mismatched bed linen and furniture,curtains hanging from the curtain pole.view the so called balcony was a brick wall and tree blocking out any daylight getting in,to get into the bathroom you had to open the door the walk into the shower to turn around before you could close the door it was that small had to take everything out the bathroom and put towels under the door to stop the whole room flooding. first breakfast was ok then after that there were numerous empty trays that were not being replenished and the heaters were not switched on to keep the food warm so we gave up and ate out every morning after that,the pool area was nice enough but is very small and cramped with no space between the sunbeds so we gave up on that as well and went elsewhere.when we tried to approach the Manager about these issue numerous times he would see us walking towards him he would turn and walk away.Not a hotel i would return to or recomend

My young son and I had a fantastic stay at Porto Planos Beach Hotel. Since it was the end of the season, the hotel was peaceful, which made for a relaxing experience with no crowds or other children around. The hotel itself was spotless, with modern, comfortable rooms. We loved the variety of pools—both at the main hotel and the nearby sister property—and the rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind in the afternoons. It would have been nice if they offered snacks at the bar, but with a great restaurant just across the street and easy access to shops and the beach, we had everything we needed nearby. The staff truly made our stay memorable. The gentleman at reception was polite and always helpful, as was the manager and the staff at the sister hotel, who were all welcoming and attentive. The only minor drawback was that the evening meal options and timing didn’t fully suit us, but there are fantastic restaurants in the area that filled that gap. Overall, I highly recommend Porto Planos Beach Hotel and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our trip so special!

We stayed here for 6nights in October. Room was great, although the only negative on room was the shower cubicle was very small. The location was fantastic for us, it was about a 10-minute walk into the centre of Tsilivi. But only a few minutes to bars like Ark and drunk moon and resteraunts like Elias and Aris. The resteraunt opposite Minir is worth a visit or 2 as well.we stayed b&b and we weren’t too impressed with breakfast but as there are lots of places to eat we only went twice. Roof bar is great to sunbathe and have a drink. Great hotel, would definitely stay again

I recently stayed at Planos Beach Hotel and one of the highlights of my trip was definitely the rooftop bar. The view from up there is breathtaking, especially during sunset—it’s the perfect spot to relax with a drink in hand. The service was fantastic, and George, who was behind the bar, made the experience even better. He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes great cocktails! You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend stopping by the bar if you’re staying at the hotel—it really adds something special to the stay.

We recently spent a week vacation at the Planos Beach Hotel in Tsilivi. The staff here was very helpful. The rooms here are clean and regular cleaning is a matter of course. The food in the restaurant was in sufficient selection and very tasty, the waiter was smiling and attentive. Special praise to the hotel manager for his attention and helpfulness.

I would recommend it. The whole crew was really nice, especially Geoerge and Eri. They were the main reason that made us happy with our stay. Main Pros where: -the crew -rooms -localization (near to the sea) -the drinks Cons: -Probably my glasses were stolen from the room. Luckily they were not that expensive (i would recommend to put everything in the safe) -Food (it was pretty average)
