I stayed at the Cambria Hotel for a work training. While the service during my stay was generally satisfactory, I did notice what appeared to be mold or bacteria in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely poor. My main concern, however, arose after I checked out. Two days after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left a few personal items in the closet (a dress, a bodysuit, and a pair of dress pants) and I contacted the hotel immediately. Despite multiple calls and thoroughly rechecking my luggage, I was told by housekeeping and the front desk that no items were found. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I am absolutely certain these items were left in the room, yet there has been no accountability or clear follow-up. Although the staff have been courteous on the phone, no one has expressed concern about the missing items, nor offered an apology, explanation, or any potential solution. It's disappointing that personal belongings can mysteriously go missing with no resolution or reassurance from the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay but needed to check out one day early. I checked with the staff at the front desk to see what I needed to do and she said it was no problem and I could let them know the next day. When I went to checkout I was informed I would get a refund because I booked through *******. I reached out to ******* and they tried to work with the property to get me a refund but couldn't make it happen.
I was disappointed to learn I had to pay for a night that I did not stay at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, extremely spacious, very affordable, clean, & conveniently located. There's not a lot of parking & the spaces are small.
