I recently stayed here for work. It was 100 degrees outside. My a/c wasn’t working. When I asked for help, the front desk told me it was because I kept opening the door to my room and it couldn’t get cold enough. I was in the room doing work for at least 2-3 hours, so I did not open door. And that isn’t how hvac should work! Finally they switched me to another room which, come to find out, had an overflowing toilet. I asked for engineer or at least a plunger, and they had none! Finally, they dug one up from a nearby Marriott that was filthy. So I fixed it. I should mention that these all happened during normal business hours, so my requests were quite reasonable. They offered me a bonus points which they never posted to my account. I’ve called to get it resolved and kept getting runaround. It’s just a terribly appointed and managed hotel.
