Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Plano

My husband and I and my son had a great and quite stay. Room was very clean and then pool was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. They even had gulten free opinions. Thank you for a wonderful ,quite,safe stay.

Better for business travel.

This hotel, located on West Plano Parkway, was very clean, with a friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast, and also a life-saver! My husband had heart surgery at The Baylor Heart Hospital and this hotel was extremely handy in that I could walk a short walk from the parking lot to the hospital. Jerome, at the front desk, went out of his way to accomodate me and my husband who was a patient and undergoing surgery. Needless to say, my husband was disabled right after surgery and could only walk a few feet after being released from the hospital. Jerome (and other staff too) went out of his way to help us with our stay at the hotel during a very stressful and life-changing time in our lives. The hotel itself was very clean and has an excellent location if you have a loved one at the hospital. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the hospital and I walked back and forth several times a day to see my husband. The morning breakfast always had a pleasant surprise with an item they changed up for as well as good, standard fare. The staff was always outstanding, very friendly, and always helpful. They were a Godsend at a very challenging time in our lives.
