I stayed here with my daughter last weekend for night two of the Taylor Swift concert @ Gillette Stadium. Upon returning home to NY the next day/evening, we realized my daughter had left behind, in the room, her beloved stuffed animal! When I called the hotel Momday morning, I spoke to Alex @ the Front Desk who was absolutely wonderful in checking to see if they had her stuffed animal and then making sure it was sent back to us in a very timely manner. Alex was attentive and awesome - and we so appreciated it. Nice, fun, clean place to stay, too! Our trip was short but we had a pleasant experience! Thank you, Alex, and Marriott Wrentham-Plainville!
